Every NPC Location in Sailor Piece — Quest Givers, Crafters, Trainers, and Bosses

Sailor Piece scatters dozens of NPCs across more than a dozen islands, and each one serves a distinct purpose — handing out quests, selling weapons, teaching fighting styles, crafting boss-summoning items, or training Haki. Losing track of who stands where is easy, especially once you start island-hopping in the late game. Below is a comprehensive reference for every NPC currently in the game, organized by function and island.

All Quest NPCs

Quest NPCs are your primary source of Gold, Gems, and EXP throughout Sailor Piece's leveling curve. Each one covers a specific level range, and you'll move from island to island as you progress. Two special quest NPCs — Cupid and the Demonite Core Quest NPC — sit outside the normal leveling chain and unlock unique rewards.

All Mastery NPCs

Mastery NPCs let you boost a specific weapon's damage — sometimes by as much as +35% — and unlock the powerful F Skill for certain swords. You must already own the relevant weapon (or meet the trait requirement) before you can accept their quests.

All Melee Trainer NPCs

Melee Trainers teach you fighting styles, which form one of the most important parts of any build. Many of them stand on rooftops or elevated structures, so you'll need to jump or fly to reach them.

Crafting and Utility NPCs

Crafters turn raw materials into boss-summoning keys and domain shards, while utility NPCs handle fruit rolls, enchanting, and stat rerolls. Knowing exactly where each one stands saves a lot of aimless wandering.

Tip: The Divine Grail is used to summon the Gilgamesh boss on Boss Island, while the Slime Key summons Rimuru on Slime Island. Farm the required materials on the corresponding islands before visiting these crafters.

Dungeon Pieces and the Dungeon Quest

Before you can spawn dungeons, you need to collect six ancient puzzle pieces scattered across the map and then defeat 25 bosses. The Dungeon NPC on Dungeon Island gives you the quest once you hit level 5,000. Every puzzle piece spawns in a fixed location for all players.

IslandPuzzle Piece Location
Jungle IslandWalk left from spawn across the sand to the rocks; the piece rests against one of them
Shibuya StationFrom where Sukuna spawns on a rooftop, jump to the next roof to the right
Starter IslandAgainst the wall of the white building with a red roof
Snow IslandBehind the igloo visible from the portal, leaning against a tree trunk
Hueco MundoBehind the main building on the island
Desert IslandFar side of the island from the main spawn, hidden among rocks

After collecting all six pieces and defeating 25 bosses of any type, you unlock the Dungeon Spawner. You can then enter dungeons using a Dungeon Key, which drops from world bosses and chests. The two currently available dungeons are the Shadow Dungeon (Cid Dungeon, featuring the Shadow boss at waves 5, 10, and 15) and the Rune Dungeon (no boss, but Runes can drop from each defeated NPC). Both offer easy, medium, hard, and extreme difficulty tiers across 15 waves.

Boss Summoner NPCs and Key Farming

Several bosses in Sailor Piece don't spawn naturally — you summon them at specific NPCs using keys, currency, and gems. The Boss Summoner on Boss Island handles Saber (1× Boss Key + 100K Cash + 175 Gems), Qin Shi (3× Boss Key + 250K Cash + 400 Gems), Ichigo (5× Boss Key + 350K Cash + 600 Gems), and Gilgamesh (1× Divine Grail + 500K Cash + 500 Gems). Separate summoner NPCs on Shinjuku Island handle Strongest of Today (1× Limitless Key) and Strongest in History (1× Malevolent Key), while Rimuru is summoned on Slime Island with a Slime Key and Anos on Academy Island with a Calamity Seal.

Boss Keys drop from all non-boss enemies, chests, quests, and the Merchant. A popular farming method is to use the Quake Fruit's C skill on Shinjuku Island to wipe both packs of Strong Sorcerers and Curse enemies simultaneously. Limitless Keys come from the Gojo boss at Shibuya Station and Strong Sorcerer mobs on Shinjuku Island, while Malevolent Keys drop from Sukuna and Curse enemies in the same areas.

Every boss also has a built-in pity system. You're guaranteed a rare drop on every 25th boss kill, so a common strategy is to defeat 24 easy bosses and then fight the one you actually need items from to trigger the pity reward. You must deal at least 10% of a boss's total HP to qualify for any drops at all.
