Every Brainrot you craft is a passive income source, and the only way to reach the top earners is by combining base ingredients in very specific ways. With nearly 200 recipes, guessing combinations quickly stops working; you need to know exactly what each Brainrot costs to make and what it pays back.

How crafting works in Craft A Brainrot

Crafting always follows the same process, no matter which Brainrot you are aiming for.

Step 1: Press the Base button in the game’s UI to return to your home station. This is the only place where you can craft.

Step 2: Walk up to the crafting table and interact with it to open the crafting menu. The UI shows a grid and an ingredient selector.

Step 3: Select each ingredient listed in the recipe you want. Order and physical layout inside the grid do not matter; only the presence of the correct ingredients counts.

Step 4: When every ingredient in the combination is in the grid, press the Craft button. The resulting Brainrot appears and immediately starts generating income per second.

There are no pattern requirements or positional puzzles on the grid. If you have unlocked and selected the correct ingredients, the Brainrot will craft.

Base ingredients and early-game Brainrots

The lowest tier of Brainrots uses only the basic ingredients you see all over the map: Shoe, Shark, Cactus, and Rodent. These are your entry point into the economy.

These recipes are cheap in terms of ingredient requirements and are ideal to learn the system. Once you start adding Tree and Elephant, income grows faster, and combinations become less obvious from the visuals.

Mid-game recipes: Trees, Elephants, and Fruit

After unlocking the Tree and Elephant ingredients, Brainrots start mixing more categories but still use a small number of components. These give reliable income jumps without demanding rare items.

The Fruit ingredient unlocks another band of income, pushing you into the 3K–6K $/s range with relatively simple mixes.

At this stage, you should constantly replace weaker Brainrots with these higher tiers as soon as you can afford the required ingredients. The jump from hundreds to thousands per second is what enables the rest of the progression.

Bird and Iron recipes: accelerating income

Once Bird and then Iron items enter the picture, recipes become more layered, but income climbs into the tens of thousands per second. These Brainrots are your bridge toward endgame combinations.

Iron pushes these incomes even higher while introducing the first real “industrial” mashups.

At this point, your base should be mostly Iron and Bird combos, with weaker Fruit-only and Tree-only recipes retired in favor of these higher earners.

Monkey, Cheese, and Crocodilo: high-tier Brainrots

The real power curve appears when you unlock Monkey, then Cheese and Crocodilo, and finally Galaxy. These ingredients feed almost every top-end recipe, so they are the backbone of late-game progression.

Monkey-based combinations alone cover a huge slice of the mid-to-high-income band.

Cheese starts to appear in more specialized, higher-income blends.

Crocodilo recipes are where incomes begin to spike into the 50K–120K $/s band, especially when combined with Cheese, Monkey, and Galaxy items later.

Galaxy and Cow: endgame income engines

Galaxy Brainrots are among the most complex and lucrative in the game, often mixing six ingredients at once. These, together with late Cow recipes, define the top of the economy.

Cow recipes sit at the very top, combining Galaxy and high-tier ingredients for massive income.

The best money-making Brainrot

The single strongest Brainrot in Craft A Brainrot is simply named 67. It uses a full stack of late-game ingredients and delivers the highest income per second currently available.

Because 67 requires Cow, Galaxy, Monkey, Cheese, and Iron all together, treating it as a final upgrade path makes sense. Most of your mid- and late-game crafting should focus on building up the infrastructure and ingredients needed to mass-produce this Brainrot and replace weaker ones.

How many recipes exist and what to expect next

Craft A Brainrot currently contains just under 200 craftable Brainrot recipes. Each one is a fixed combination of ingredients; there are no hidden grid patterns, secret placements, or alternate layouts that change the result. When you have the correct ingredients selected on the crafting grid and hit craft, you will always get the same Brainrot.

The game has already expanded its list over time, and more Brainrots are expected to be added in future updates, likely filling in gaps between income tiers and extending the late-game beyond Cow and 67. For now, mastering the recipes above is enough to push an account from early-game mashups like Tralalero Tralala all the way to a full board of 67s churning out hundreds of thousands of dollars per second.
