Auras in Sailor Piece are cosmetic effects that wrap around your character while passively boosting your damage output. They aren't abilities — think of them more like haki or accessories that layer on top of your existing traits, race bonuses, swords, and fighting styles. Every Aura provides a flat percentage damage increase that stays active as long as the Aura is equipped, and the size of that boost scales with rarity. Only one Aura can be active at a time, but you can hold multiple in your inventory.
Quick answer: All Legendary Auras (Hellfire, Winged, Fallen, Saiyan, and Glitch) give +15% Damage, the highest buff in the game. You get them from Aura Crates, which drop as secret-rarity items from bosses and mobs.

Sailor Piece Auras — Full Stat Table
There are 14 known Auras spread across five rarity tiers. The Valentine Aura is no longer obtainable since all Valentine seasonal content has been removed from the game. Every other Aura comes exclusively from Aura Crates.
| Aura | Rarity | Damage Buff | Visual Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alter | Common | +5% | Pink, black, and coral ripples shooting upward around the player |
| Rose | Uncommon | +7.5% | Thin veil of pink and magenta sparkles emitting from the body |
| Singer | Rare | +10% | Vibrant blue star pulsating behind the player |
| Gambler | Rare | +10% | Outline of vibrant greens dissolving off the body |
| Valentine (Unobtainable) | Rare | +10% | Pink hearts pulsating from the body |
| Ultra Instinct | Epic | +12.5% | White and purple sparks surging from the body |
| Psycho | Epic | +12.5% | — |
| Commander Aura | Epic | +12.5% | — |
| Corrupted Aura | Epic | +12.5% | — |
| Hellfire | Legendary | +15% | Clusters of gold, green, and purple emanating from the body |
| Winged Aura | Legendary | +15% | Gold-and-black crown with wide gold-and-black wings |
| Fallen Aura | Legendary | +15% | Blue-and-black wings in a cyber-sigilism style |
| Saiyan Aura | Legendary | +15% | Rainbow energy cone shooting upward (Super Saiyan–style) |
| Glitch Aura | Legendary | +15% | — |
The damage buff is a universal multiplier — it applies on top of whatever output you already get from traits, races, weapons, and fighting styles. Even a Common Aura like Alter is worth equipping if it's all you have, since +5% free damage is better than nothing.

Aura Crate Drop Rates
When you open an Aura Crate, the rarity of the Aura you receive is determined by a separate roll. Higher-rarity Auras are dramatically rarer, so expect to open many crates before landing a Legendary.
| Rarity | Drop Chance from Crate |
|---|---|
| Common | 49.8% |
| Uncommon | 30% |
| Rare | 15% |
| Epic | 4% |
| Legendary | 0.9% |
With Legendary Auras sitting below 1%, you will need a significant stockpile of crates to have a realistic shot at one. Boosting your Luck stat helps with obtaining the crates themselves — the Destiny Marked Title provides the highest Luck increase at 40%, and the Kitsune Race is another strong option for Luck-focused builds.

How to Get Aura Crates
Aura Crates are classified as secret-rarity drops. They can come from several places, but none of them are generous about it.
Boss and mob drops
Every enemy in the game — regular mobs, mini-bosses, and world bosses — has a chance to drop an Aura Crate when defeated. The exact probability is unknown but extremely low. Bosses have a noticeably better drop rate than standard mobs, so prioritize them when farming.
Tower Shop
After the Massive Update, you can purchase Aura Crates from the Tower Shop for 1,200 Tower Tokens. If you've been running Tower content, this is a reliable way to guarantee a crate without relying on RNG drops.
Boss Rush shop
Clearing Boss Rush earns tokens that can be spent in the Boss Rush shop, which stocks Aura Crates. This requires a high enough level and ascension to access.
Codes
Some promotional codes occasionally reward Aura Crates, though these tend to require a high level and ascension status to redeem.

Best Farming Strategies for Aura Crates
Because the drop rate is so punishing, efficient farming matters more than raw effort. Two approaches stand out for minimizing wasted time.
Shibuya Station and Boss Island bosses. The three bosses at Shibuya Station respawn automatically without requiring any items or materials to summon. This makes them ideal for repeated, low-effort kills. On Boss Island, collect Boss Keys and auto-grind the Saber Boss for a steady loop.
Shinjuku Island with Quake Fruit. Using the Quake Fruit to clear mobs and mini-bosses on Shinjuku Island is one of the most effective AFK farming setups in the game. Enable Auto Skill, park your character in a high-level mob area, and let the kills accumulate while you're away. This works for Aura Crates as well as other materials.

How to Equip Auras in Sailor Piece
Step 1: Open your inventory and scroll to the right until you reach the Aura tab, which sits beside the Rune section.
Step 2: Click on the Aura you want to use. You'll be given the option to equip the Aura's stat buff, its visual effect, or both. This means you can run the +15% damage from a Legendary Aura while displaying the visual of a completely different one.
Step 3: Confirm your selection. The damage buff activates immediately and stays on as long as the Aura remains equipped.

Which Aura Is Best?
From a pure stats perspective, all five Legendary Auras are tied at +15% Damage — Hellfire, Winged Aura, Fallen Aura, Saiyan Aura, and Glitch Aura. There is no mechanical difference between them, so the choice comes down entirely to which visual effect you prefer. Fallen Aura's blue-and-black wing design and Glitch Aura's distinctive effect tend to be fan favorites for aesthetics, while Winged Aura's gold crown-and-wings combination is arguably the cleanest look.
If you haven't pulled a Legendary yet, equip whatever you have. A +5% damage increase from Alter still stacks on top of your traits, race bonuses, accessories, and cosmetics — and that adds up in both PvE grinding and PvP fights. The damage buff is always worth having active, regardless of rarity.
