Gameloft’s Asphalt series has always been among the most popular racing titles for mobile devices. The latest release under the title is Asphalt 9: Legends, and it indeed is an enjoyable game.

However, every game has its issues, and the Asphalt 9 has connectivity issues. The game keeps throwing Network Status “Not Syncing” error for many iPhone and Android users.

Below are some tips to help you fix the Not Syncing error in Asphalt 9: Legends.

Force close the game

When the “Not Syncing” error isn’t going away in Asphalt 9, you can try to force close the game on your phone and then launch it right back to fix the problem.

This trick has worked for us every single time we had the “Not Syncing” error displaying on the screen while playing the game.

Check internet connectivity

If restarting the game didn’t help, then it might be an issue with the internet connectivity in your device. To verify internet access quickly, launch a web browser on your phone and open any website. If it doesn’t load, you need to connect to a working WiFi network or switch to Mobile Data.

Restart your phone

If the internet connection is okay on your phone, but Asphalt 9 is still showing “Not Syncing” error, then perhaps a quick restart if your device would save the day.

After restarting the device, launch Asphalt 9 and life should be fun again.

Cheers!
