Fortnite Bleach quests in Blitz Royale: Every challenge and reward

The Bleach crossover in Fortnite does more than drop anime skins into the shop. In Blitz Royale, it adds a self-contained questline themed around Ichigo Kurosaki and the rest of the cast, with Season XP on every step and an exclusive Authentic BLEACH Production Art Loading Screen for finishing the set.

All Bleach quests live inside Blitz Royale, not the standard Battle Royale modes, so you have to be in the right playlist before any of them will track.

Where Bleach quests live and how the reward works

Bleach quests run in Chapter 7: Season 1 and are tied directly to Blitz Royale. They went live on December 23, 2025, with a second wave of quests scheduled for December 30, 2025.

To find them in-game, you need to be in Blitz Royale:

Step 1: From the Fortnite lobby, switch your mode to Blitz Royale. The Bleach quests only appear and progress in this playlist.

Step 2: Open the Quests tab from the top of the screen. In Blitz Royale, Bleach quests sit alongside the mode’s other quest categories.

Step 3: Scroll until you see the Bleach section using the character headers (Rukia Kuchiki, Orihime Inoue, Ichigo Kurosaki, Uryu Ishida) as markers.

At the top of the chain is the meta objective:

Quest Requirement Reward
Complete Bleach Quests in Blitz Royale Finish 12 individual Bleach quests Authentic BLEACH Production Art Loading Screen

Each character has four quests worth 10,000 Season XP apiece, for a total of 160,000 XP across the event. Any 12 completed Bleach quests are enough to unlock the Loading Screen.

Rukia Kuchiki quests (melee pressure with Dual Zangetsu)

Rukia’s set leans into the Dual Zangetsu Mythic and close-range combat. All four quests are active once the Bleach tab appears in Blitz Royale.

Quest Objective Reward Practical approach
Damage players with Dual Zangetsu's combo Deal 500 damage using the Mythic’s basic combo 10,000 XP Engage players who are already distracted; chain light attacks on downed or low-health targets to pad damage safely.
Earn a Blitz Royale wielding Dual Zangetsu Win one Blitz Royale match while holding Dual Zangetsu 10,000 XP Pick up Dual Zangetsu only once you’re in a strong position near endgame so you are not forced to overuse it instead of your best guns.
Damage players with Dual Zangetsu's Falling Strike Deal 250 damage with the Falling Strike ability 10,000 XP Open by tagging opponents with ranged weapons, then finish with a Falling Strike when they are forced into cover.
Eliminate players within 15 meters Secure 25 eliminations at close range 10,000 XP Prioritize shotguns and SMGs, fight indoors or in tight POIs, and push weakened players rather than starting every fight up close.
Tip: Blitz Royale’s faster pacing means players path into each other more often; dropping at bus paths with solid loot density makes the close-range elimination grind less painful.

Orihime Inoue quests (mobility, survivability, and small chores)

Orihime’s quests are lighter mechanically, but can be awkward if you ignore them. They mix Rift usage, Mythic movement, and standard survival tasks.

Quest Objective Reward Practical approach
Enter a Rift within 15 seconds of taking or dealing damage to players Do this 3 times 10,000 XP Fight near known Rift spots, tag an enemy with any shot, then immediately sprint or Air Dash into the Rift.
Travel distance using Dual Zangetsu's Air Dash Cover 75 meters using Air Dash 10,000 XP Once you have Dual Zangetsu, spam Air Dash for rotation instead of sprinting; this completes naturally in one or two rotations.
Restore health or shields Restore 750 combined HP and shields 10,000 XP Deliberately heal any chip damage; chug splashes, Medkits, or Shield Potions instead of sitting capped for long stretches.
Thank the Bus Driver Thank the driver in 3 different matches 10,000 XP Hit the “thank” input as soon as the Battle Bus starts each match so you never miss a credit.
Note: Rifts in Blitz Royale are scattered across the island. Stranger Things–themed areas and other high-traffic landmarks tend to have several, so playing toward those zones makes the Rift quest easier.

Ichigo Kurosaki quests (Fully-Hollowfied mask damage and cleanup)

Ichigo’s quests unlock on December 30, 2025, alongside the Fully-Hollowfied Ichigo Mask Mythic. All four objectives revolve around either using that mask or scooping up loot from defeated players.

Quest Objective Reward Practical approach
Collect weapons from eliminated players Pick up 15 weapons dropped by players 10,000 XP After each elimination, tap-pick multiple weapons even if you plan to drop them again; every pickup counts.
Eliminate players with the Fully-Hollowfied Ichigo Mask beyond 15 meters Get 10 eliminations using the mask’s beam at range 10,000 XP Third-party fights from mid-range; finish already low players with the beam so you are not dueling full-health targets using the ability alone.
Damage players with the Fully-Hollowfied Ichigo Mask Deal 500 damage with the beam 10,000 XP Tag multiple enemies in crowded fights; even partial hits contribute and you do not need the final blow for this one.
Destroy objects with the Fully-Hollowfied Ichigo Mask Destroy 15 objects 10,000 XP Burn the beam into clustered props, cars, or building pieces in named locations when no players are around.
Tip: The mask’s beam can be hard to aim in frantic fights. Treat it as a finisher and a tool for environment destruction rather than your primary damage source if you want the quests done without throwing matches.

Uryu Ishida quests (precision, storm discipline, and crowd control)

Uryu’s line pushes careful positioning and accuracy, plus one more use for Dual Zangetsu’s secondary fire.

Quest Objective Reward Practical approach
Survive Storm Phases without taking damage Clear 12 Storm Phases without being hit 10,000 XP Rotate early into safe zones, avoid edge fighting when the circle moves, and play from natural cover or structures.
Headshot players Land 50 headshots 10,000 XP Lean on accurate rifles and snipers; focus on tagging unaware players or AIs where available to stack clean headshots.
Launch players with Dual Zangetsu's Getsuga Jujisho Launch 10 players using this secondary attack 10,000 XP Use Getsuga Jujisho on clustered enemies in tight areas; the knockback is what matters, not the damage.
Collect items within 15 seconds of taking damage Do this 15 times 10,000 XP Whenever you are hit, immediately slide or strafe onto nearby ammo, weapons, or heals to register a pickup inside the timer.

The storm-survival requirement looks intimidating, but tracks phases, not full matches. Playing a few low-conflict lobbies where you rotate early and disengage from risky fights clears it steadily.

How the Bleach XP stacks up and how long the quests last

The Bleach questline is part of Chapter 7: Season 1’s larger quest ecosystem and grants a total of 160,000 Season XP when every objective is complete. That’s spread evenly across 16 character quests at 10,000 XP each, plus the Loading Screen at the top of the chain.

The Bleach quests sit inside Blitz Royale’s quest panel alongside mode-specific chains like Blitz Knight and Kickstart. There is no explicit in-game end date on the Bleach card, but the event is tied to the broader Winterfest 2025 window and the Chapter 7 update cadence. The next Battle Royale update, version 39.20, is scheduled for January 6, 2026, which is a likely rotation point for the Bleach quests and their rewards.

If you want the Authentic BLEACH Production Art Loading Screen and the XP, the safest approach is to clear at least 12 of the 16 quests before that update lands. Because some of the more demanding objectives sit in the second wave (especially the mask-only tasks and storm phases), cleaning up Rukia and Orihime early reduces the pressure once Ichigo and Uryu unlock.

Bleach in Blitz Royale ends up being more than a cosmetic drop: Dual Zangetsu and the Fully-Hollowfied mask change how matches feel, and the associated quests push you to actually use them. If you already plan on grinding Blitz for levels, threading these objectives into your normal matches is an easy way to walk away with a unique Loading Screen and a noticeable chunk of Battle Pass progress.
