High On Life 2's Hidden Fight Club Is the Best Way to Farm Pesos Early

High On Life 2 has a hidden Fight Club tucked away in Circuit Arcadia that doubles as one of the game's most reliable money-farming methods. You place bets on arena combatants, but the twist is that you're not just a spectator — two trap panels let you sabotage the opposing fighter and virtually guarantee a win every time.

Quick answer: Head to the southwestern corner of Circuit Arcadia, talk to the man in a cowboy hat standing next to a large creature in a garage-like area, and accept his invitation. Once inside, place your bet at the front desk, then walk to the right side of the desk to find two trap activation panels. Wait for the opposing fighter to move near a trap and trigger it to secure the win.

When the Fight Club becomes available

The Fight Club entrance unlocks once you can select the Larry Pinkstock bounty from your RV destinations, which lines up with the fifth main mission, Explore Circuit Arcadia. You need to be in free roam within Circuit Arcadia to reach it. The earlier you visit, the more rounds of betting you can squeeze in across the full campaign, since the fights refresh between every main mission.

Finding the Fight Club NPC in Circuit Arcadia

The NPC you're looking for is in the southwestern corner of Circuit Arcadia, near the movie theatre's fast travel point. Look for a garage-like area with a man wearing a cowboy hat standing beside a large creature. Talk to the cowboy hat NPC and respond positively when he mentions the Fight Club. His companion — the large creature — will transport you directly to the hidden arena. The transition is automatic, so don't worry about navigating there yourself.

Placing bets at the Fight Club desk

Once you arrive, walk straight through the corridor and through the door ahead. You'll find a desk operated by an NPC who explains the betting system. Two screens flank the desk, each displaying a different combatant. Interact with either the left or right screen to place 100 pesos on that fighter to win. The starting bet is small, but amounts increase as you continue betting across multiple fights.

There is a cap on how many bets you can place per visit. After a handful of rounds, the Fight Club operator will tell you they're done for the night and ask you to leave. You can return after completing another main mission to bet again with fresh matchups.

Using arena traps to win every bet

The real trick to the Fight Club isn't picking the right fighter — it's cheating. Walk to either side of the betting desk, and you'll find two panels that control traps inside the arena. The two traps are:

  • Flaming Spikes — a burst of fiery spikes that damages anything nearby
  • Tesla Coils — an electrical discharge that hits fighters in range

Watch the fight unfold and wait for the opposing combatant (the one you did not bet on) to move near one of the traps. Activate the corresponding panel at that moment. A well-timed trap deals massive damage to the enemy fighter, giving your chosen combatant a decisive advantage. If your timing is right, this effectively guarantees a victory on every single bet.

Tip: You can watch a fight or two without betting to practice your trap timing. Fights roll continuously, so there's no penalty for sitting one out while you get a feel for the combatants' movement patterns.

Maximizing your peso earnings over time

The Fight Club resets its available fights after each main story mission. That means you should make a habit of fast-traveling back to Circuit Arcadia between bounties to run another round of bets. Bet amounts increase as you progress, so later visits yield significantly more pesos per fight than your first trip.

Since pesos are hard to come by in High On Life 2 — killing enemies doesn't drop money, and story bounties only pay 3,000 pesos each — the Fight Club stands out as a quick, repeatable income source. A few minutes of well-timed trap activations can net you thousands of pesos that you'd otherwise need to grind bounties or hunt down money crates to earn.

Spending those pesos on health upgrades, shield improvements, and gun upgrades at Jorb's Shop early in the campaign makes a noticeable difference in combat difficulty for the rest of the game. Prioritize visiting the Fight Club as soon as Circuit Arcadia opens up, and keep returning after every main mission to stay ahead of the upgrade curve.
