  1. Go to microsoft.com and sign in to the Microsoft account you used to buy the Copilot Pro subscription.
  2. Once you're signed in, click your account icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select 'My Microsoft account' from the menu. You can also directly go to account.microsoft.com and sign in to your account there.
  1. Your Microsoft account page will open. Go to the 'Services & subscriptions' tab from the navigation menu on the left.
  1. Then, click on 'Manage' on the 'Microsoft Copilot Pro' tile.
Note: If you see 'Turn on recurring billing' instead of 'Manage' on the Copilot Pro tile, you don't need to do anything further to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will automatically expire on the date mentioned.
