Rewards and how to claim them
Completing a stage mission sends the associated rewards directly to your in-game Mail. Reward mails expire after 30 days, so don't let them sit uncollected for too long.
Once you finish any three stages, the Free Crafting stage unlocks. This mode lets you build custom cards with no operator-specific constraints. Importantly, cards made in Free Crafting are not auto-saved — you need to save them manually if you want to keep them.

The Fortune Connect-and-Win event delivers one mail per day for nine days. On February 15, 16, 17, and 21, the scratch card inside upgrades to a "Connect-and-Win: Luck" variant that guarantees 880 Oroberyls. Each mail expires 14 days after you receive it.
Steps to Sweet Success sends three mails from Gilberta, Laevatain, and Yvonne on February 16, 17, and 21 at 20:00 server time. The Springfest Pastry included in each mail is a permanent consumable — it doesn't expire and restores 40 Sanity per use. The Operator Gifts can be given to operators in Dijiang once you've unlocked the Offering Gifts feature by reaching Chapter I Process II: Remediation Progress.
