Sailor Piece's Soul Society island is locked behind a scavenger hunt called the Hogyoku Quest. You need to track down six glowing Hogyoku Fragments hidden across different islands, interact with each one in a fixed sequence, and then return to the quest NPC before a timed portal closes. Miss one step, and you're backtracking. Here's exactly where every fragment sits and how to wrap up the quest cleanly.
Quick answer: Start the quest by talking to the Gin NPC on Hueco Mundo, then collect fragments on Snow Island → Shibuya Station → Hueco Mundo → Shinjuku Island → Slime Island → Judgement Island, in that order. Return to Gin and enter the portal within 120 seconds.

Requirements Before You Start
You must have at least 8,500 XP to accept the Hogyoku Quest. If you haven't hit that threshold yet, grind mobs or bosses on any island until you do — the quest NPC simply won't give you the task otherwise.
To begin, teleport to Hueco Mundo and head to the far back-left corner of the island, behind the Aizen boss NPC. The quest-giver is Gin. Talk to him, accept the quest, and the fragment hunt begins.
All 6 Hogyoku Fragment Locations
Fragment #1 — Snow Island
Step 1: Teleport to Snow Island and head toward the hilly area on the opposite end from the spawn point. Look for a small pond on the right side of the island.
Step 2: Near the pond, find a tree close to a red mushroom. Climb onto the hills and then onto the tree's branch. The first Hogyoku Fragment is sitting on that branch. Interact with it to collect.

Fragment #2 — Shibuya Station
Step 1: Teleport to Shibuya Station. From the portal, walk straight toward the building with red and green billboards — this is the same building near where the Yuji world boss spawns.
Step 2: Climb to the rooftop by spam-jumping up the building's exterior. The second fragment is on the terrace in one corner near the green billboard.
Fragment #3 — Hueco Mundo
Step 1: Head back to Hueco Mundo. Walk to the Aizen boss spawn area.
Step 2: To the right of Aizen, there's a brown pipe or wooden branch-like structure. Climb onto it, and the third fragment is resting right on top.

Fragment #4 — Shinjuku Island
Step 1: Teleport to Shinjuku Island. Face the cluster of tall buildings and locate the one furthest to the right — the Strongest in History trainer stands on its roof.
Step 2: Jump to the top of that building, then leap across to the building directly opposite. Look for a small platform protruding from its side. Enter through the window and find the fourth fragment tucked into a corner inside the structure.
Fragment #5 — Slime Island
Step 1: Teleport to Slime Island. From the spawn, walk past the Slime warrior NPCs along the left edge of the island until you reach the Rimuru Mastery trainer.
Step 2: Turn around and look for the tree in the middle of the area. Jump onto its first branch to grab the fifth Hogyoku Fragment.

Fragment #6 — Judgement Island
Step 1: Teleport to Judgement Island. From the spawn point, run along the right edge of the island toward the tall rock and ice formations.
Step 2: Climb the tallest rock formation on the right side. The final fragment is on a ledge of an iceberg very close to the spawn — you should see it from the edge as you descend slightly.

Turning In the Quest and Reaching Soul Society
Once all six fragments are collected, return to Gin on Hueco Mundo and talk to him. A Hogyoku Portal opens directly next to the NPC. You have exactly 120 seconds to step through it before it closes. Walk into the portal to teleport to Soul Society.
After your first visit, Soul Society permanently appears as a destination in the standard Teleport Portals found on every island. You won't need to repeat the quest or talk to Gin again.

What's on Soul Society
Soul Society is a Bleach-themed island with several notable features. Quincy NPCs roam the area and can be farmed for money, gems, and Chrysalis Sigils. Those sigils are used at the True Aizen Summoner NPC to spawn the True Aizen boss, though the sigil drop rate from Quincys is low. True Aizen drops one of the strongest accessories currently in the game — granting 100 defense, 72% damage, and 15% damage reduction — along with materials and titles needed to craft the Aizen sword.
If you're looking to push your build further after unlocking Soul Society, the grind on this island is where the endgame gear comes from. Just be prepared to AFK farm Quincys for a while before those sigils start dropping.
