The League is an Apollo quest in Arc Raiders that sends you across Dam Battlegrounds and Buried City to collect football equipment and take two specific photographs. It does not have to be finished in a single raid, so you can clear each objective over multiple runs.
Quick answer: Deliver one Deflated Football and one Bicycle Pump to Apollo, photograph the wooden goal at the Water Towers on Dam Battlegrounds, then photograph the football magazines inside any usable kiosk in Buried City. The quest completes as soon as all four objectives are ticked and the journal shows The League as finished.
Current state of The League quest (objectives and rewards)
The League is a Headwinds-era quest tied to Apollo. It always has the same four objectives:
| Objective | Where | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Deliver a Deflated Football | Speranza (Apollo) | Hand in one Deflated Football item at Apollo |
| Deliver a Bicycle Pump | Speranza (Apollo) | Hand in one Bicycle Pump item at Apollo |
| Photograph the goal by the Water Towers | Dam Battlegrounds | Use the photo interaction at the football goal in the Water Towers area |
| Photograph the football magazines in any kiosk | Buried City | Use the photo interaction on the mags inside a kiosk building |
Accepting the quest grants one Yellow Light Stick and one Red Light Stick. Completing it rewards one Tagging Grenade and one Firecracker. Once all four tasks are done, the quest log marks The League as complete, and Apollo has no further follow-up directly attached to it.

Where to find a Deflated Football and Bicycle Pump
You only need one of each item, and they do not need to be collected in the same raid. They also do not need to be found while you are on the relevant maps for the photo objectives, but it is efficient to combine them in a single Dam Battlegrounds run.
Step 1: Head to Dam Battlegrounds and move toward the Water Towers in the southern Formicai Hills region. The Water Towers are marked as a named location on the in-game map and are easy to recognise by the large domes.

Step 2: In the Water Towers area, look for a bicycle leaning against the wall of one of the domes. Nearby, there is an interactable container or search prompt that yields a guaranteed Bicycle Pump. Loot it and ensure the pump is either in your inventory or a safe pocket so you keep it on extract.

Step 3: Still in the same area, go behind the improvised football goal (the wooden goal frame near the football-painted dome). There is an interactable stash or container here that yields a guaranteed Deflated Football. Take the ball and extract safely.

These two containers near the Water Towers goal are the most deterministic way to clear the item objectives. If those interactables are missing in a given raid, both items can also drop in residential interiors:
- Dam Battlegrounds residential blocks, such as Pale Apartments and Ruby Residence.
- Buried City residential towers like Grandioso Apartments, as well as similar apartment-style buildings.
Once you have at least one Deflated Football and one Bicycle Pump extracted, you can deliver them to Apollo on any later visit to Speranza. Handing them in is enough to satisfy the two delivery objectives; the game does not require that they be found during a quest-marked raid.
How to photograph the goal by the Water Towers (Dam Battlegrounds)
The first photo objective is tightly bound to a single location on Dam Battlegrounds and always uses the same interaction point.
Step 1: Load into Dam Battlegrounds and navigate to the Water Towers in the south of the map, in the Formicai Hills sector. Open the map and set your route so the Water Towers nameplate is your reference.

Step 2: As you approach, look for a large dome structure decorated like a football, with a small patch of open ground in front of it. In that clearing, there is a simple wooden goal frame set up as a makeshift football goal.
Step 3: Stand near the goal until a contextual prompt appears to take a photo. Interact with this prompt to capture the image. When it works, the quest log immediately updates, and the “On Dam Battlegrounds, photograph the goal by the Water Towers” line turns completed.

How to photograph the football magazines in a kiosk (Buried City)
The kiosk objective is more open-ended. Any qualifying kiosk on Buried City works as long as it exposes the football magazine interaction.
Step 1: Load into Buried City and move toward the Marano Station area. One known kiosk that fulfils the objective sits just north of Marano Station, near the Train Station Hatch, but it does not have a unique name in the UI.

Step 2: Look for small white hut-like structures that resemble news kiosks, often with metal shutters. Not every hut is usable, so check doors; you are looking for one you can enter.
Step 3: Once inside a kiosk, scan the interior for a prompt related to football magazines. When you are close enough, a “take photo” interaction appears over the magazines. Trigger the interaction to capture the photo.

If the interaction is valid, the Buried City objective in the quest log immediately completes. You do not need to visit multiple kiosks; a single successful interaction is enough.
How to turn in items and confirm The League is complete
With both photos done and the items in your stash, only delivery remains.
Step 1: Return to Speranza between raids and speak to Apollo. Open his quest interaction so The League is visible in the dialogue.
Step 2: Deliver one Deflated Football and one Bicycle Pump from your inventory or stash when prompted. You can hand them in separately if you returned with them from different raids; both deliveries contribute to the same quest.
Step 3: Once the two deliveries and both photo tasks are complete, check the quest journal. The League shows as finished, and Apollo grants the Tagging Grenade and Firecracker rewards.

If the quest does not complete, one of the four conditions is still missing. Common blockers are extracting without the items in a safe slot or mistaking a random photo prompt for the specific Water Towers goal or kiosk magazine interaction. Revisit the exact locations described above and look for the dedicated prompts tied to the quest.
