How to Enchant Accessories in Sailor Piece — Every Material and Success Rate

How to Enchant Accessories in Sailor Piece — Every Material and Success Rate

Enchanting in Sailor Piece is the primary way to squeeze more power out of the accessories you've earned from boss drops. Every accessory slot can be upgraded from E1 all the way to E10 through the Enchanter NPC, and each level adds +5% defense, +4% damage, and +2% damage reduction. The catch is that enchantments can fail, materials are always consumed regardless of the outcome, and higher-tier upgrades demand increasingly rare resources — including duplicate copies of the accessory itself.

Quick answer: Travel to Shibuya Station, interact with the Enchanter NPC next to the Blessing NPC, select your accessory in the menu, and press Enchant if you meet the material requirements. Only accessories can be enchanted — not fruits or weapons.

Enchanter NPC Location and Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Use a teleport crystal to travel to the Shibuya Station island. The Enchanter NPC stands beside the Blessing NPC, near the base of the tall building that has the Sukuna Trainer at the top.

Step 2: Press and hold the E key to interact with the Enchanter. This opens the Enchant pop-up menu.

Step 3: Click the + icon to display every accessory currently in your inventory. Select the one you want to upgrade from the right-side panel.

Step 4: Review the required materials listed on screen. If any material is missing, its count will appear in red, and the Enchant button stays locked. Once all requirements are met, press Enchant to attempt the upgrade.

⚠️
Enchantments are not guaranteed to succeed past E1. Every failed attempt increases the success rate by 10%, but the materials you spent are still consumed. Always stockpile extras before attempting high-level enchants.

Beyond raw materials, most enchant levels also require duplicate copies of the accessory being upgraded. Starting around E3–E4 for many items, you'll need two copies per attempt. Never delete spare accessories — they're fuel for enchanting.

💡
You can also acquire materials like Diamond, Mythril, and Obsidian through player trading, which can save time if you're short on a specific resource.

Sailor Piece Enchanting FAQ

Can I enchant fruits or weapons?

No. Enchanting applies exclusively to accessories. Weapons and fruits cannot be enchanted.

What happens when an enchant fails?

All materials consumed for the attempt are permanently lost. However, the accessory itself is not destroyed or downgraded. Your success rate for that specific upgrade increases by 10% with each failure, stacking until the enchant succeeds.

Why is the Enchant button grayed out?

You're missing at least one required material or duplicate accessory. Any missing items will be highlighted in red in the enchant menu. Farm the necessary resources or trade for them before trying again.

What is the hardest material to obtain?

Diamonds are the rarest enchant material. They drop from high-level mobs across multiple islands but at an extremely low rate. You'll need them starting at E7 for most accessories.

Enchanting is a long-term investment, and the smartest approach is to hold off on pushing past E5 or E6 until you're confident the accessory fits your endgame build. The material costs — especially Adamantite and Diamond — are steep enough that wasting them on a temporary piece will set your progression back significantly. Focus your farming on Shibuya Station, Snow Island, and Hollow Island for Adamantite, and grind high-level mobs across the map for Diamonds once you're ready to chase E10.
