How to Find Every Easter Egg in 99 Nights in the Forest (2026 Event)

The 2026 Easter Event in 99 Nights in the Forest launched on March 28, 2026, scattering 11 unique eggs across the map. Each one has its own unlock condition — some are simple pickups, others require boss fights, biome-specific weather, or multi-step crafting. Collecting all 11 also unlocks the exclusive Deer Egg UGC head accessory, though copies are limited.

Quick answer: Grab the Egg Basket from the Easter event area at the start of every match, then hunt all 11 eggs listed below and submit each one to the Easter Bunny NPC. First-time submissions of a new egg type award 10 event currency; duplicates give only 1.

Egg Basket and Submission Basics

Before you can collect anything, walk to the Easter event area to your left after spawning and pick up an Egg Basket from the table. The basket functions as a dedicated pouch that holds up to 12 eggs at once. Without it, eggs cannot be picked up or turned in.

To submit eggs, drop them in front of the Easter Bunny NPC back at your base area. If an egg still needs processing — like thawing or charging — the NPC will reject it with the message "The Egg is not ready yet." You can track which eggs you've already submitted on the board next to the Easter event area.

💡
Prioritize collecting one of each egg type before farming duplicates. A unique egg submission gives 10 currency versus just 1 for a repeat, so variety is the fastest path to unlocking shop items.

All 11 Egg Locations and Requirements

EggLocation / BiomeHow to Unlock
Basic EggAnywhere on the map (after Campfire level 3)Walk near it and pick it up. It rolls away from you, so approach carefully.
Basketball EggBasketball Court structure (random spawn, usually past Campfire 3)Pick up the basketball-shaped egg and shoot it into the hoop to charge it. Only then can it go into your basket.
Chick EggOn top of a Chicken Coop (random map spawn)Guide or tame 6 chicks back to the coop's nests. Once all 6 are sleeping, the egg becomes collectible.
Lightning EggUnder a red umbrella (mid-map area)Pick it up, place it on the ground near a lightning rod, and wait for a thunderstorm to strike it.
Cooked EggYour base (crafted)Place 3 Basic Eggs into a Crock Pot (built with 10 Bolts + 15 Wood Logs at Crafter level 3). Cook until the Cooked Egg appears.
Glowing EggPolar Bear Cave in the Snow BiomeClear the polar bears, break the ice block inside the cave with an axe, then carry the Cold Egg to your campfire and thaw it (~10 minutes).
Volcanic EggVolcanic BiomeKill 8 Festive Cultists (bunny-eared variants) and throw their bodies into the volcano pit. After all 8 sacrifices, the egg spawns on the pedestal.
Pelt Trader EggPelt Trader NPCFarm wolves, alpha wolves, or bears until an Easter pelt drops (rare). Give the Easter pelt to the Pelt Trader and purchase the egg.
Alien EggUFO Mothership (UFO Event required)Wait for the UFO Event (around nights 2–3). Kill the bunny-eared Festive Alien near the crash site, carry the body to the mothership's final room, and scan it.
Fish EggChocolate Pond near the Bear areaUpgrade your campfire to level 5, equip a level 3 fishing rod, and fish in the Chocolate Pond. The egg is a rare catch.
Frog EggFrog King's den (Frog Event required)Wait for the Frog Event (around days 2–3). Collect 8 Frog Keys by killing purple or aqua frogs near the pond, enter the whirlpool, defeat the Frog King, then intercept the bouncing egg in the next room.

Detailed Tips for the Hardest Eggs

Volcanic Egg — Festive Cultists only

Standard cultists do not count. You need the Easter-themed variants with bunny ears. Each sacrifice lights a purple flame on the volcano instead of the usual orange. Once all 8 flames are lit, the egg appears on the pedestal. Festive Cultists can sometimes spawn inside the Easter building itself, making the last one tricky to locate during a wave.

Glowing Egg — Don't skip the thaw

Breaking the ice in the Polar Bear Cave gives you a Cold Egg, not the final Glowing Egg. You must place it beside your campfire and wait roughly 10 minutes for it to transform. Dropping it in water resets the process entirely, so be careful during transport.

Alien Egg — Event-dependent and multi-step

The UFO Event triggers randomly after a few nights. When it starts, find the Festive Alien (the one wearing bunny ears) near the crash site and take it down. Bag the body, then fight your way through every floor of the mothership. On the final floor, scan the Festive Alien's body at the scanner terminal. The Alien Egg spawns immediately after.

Pelt Trader Egg — Pure RNG grind

The Easter pelt is a rare drop from any wolf, alpha wolf, or bear. There is no shortcut — keep hunting until it drops. Once you have it, the Pelt Trader accepts it at any time, regardless of your normal pelt progression. A purchase menu appears, and the egg drops in front of the trader after you buy it.

Frog Egg — Bring friends

You need 8 Frog Keys total, each obtained by killing the purple or aqua frogs around the pond. Doing this solo is slow. After entering the whirlpool and defeating the Frog King, the Frog Egg starts bouncing rapidly around the den. Timing your intercept is the final challenge.

⚠️
The Alien Egg and Frog Egg both depend on random events that may not trigger every match. If neither event fires by night 3, you may need to start a new game.

Easter Shop Items and Prices

Event currency — simply called "Eggs" — is spent at the Easter Shop in the lobby. Regular in-game money cannot be used here. The full Part 1 shop inventory costs 430 Eggs to clear.

Egg Hunter Class — Buy It First

At 30 Eggs, the Egg Hunter class is the single best early purchase. It is a limited-time class that disappears when the event ends, and its perks directly accelerate your farming speed.

The Level 3 highlight perk is especially useful for tracking down Basic Eggs that roll away from you and for spotting the Basketball Court egg in dense map layouts.

Deer Egg UGC Reward

Collecting and submitting all 11 unique eggs unlocks the Deer Egg, a free UGC head accessory on Roblox. The item is limited to 50,000 copies, so finishing the event sooner rather than later is worth the effort. Once all copies are claimed, the reward is gone regardless of whether the event is still running.

The 2026 Easter Event in 99 Nights in the Forest is a Part 1 release, with Part 2 still on the way. Some egg mechanics or spawn conditions may shift with future patches, so keep an eye on the game's official channels if anything behaves differently than expected. For now, the 11 eggs above represent the complete set needed to clear the event and grab every reward in the shop.
