When Leon returns to the ruined Raccoon City Police Department in Resident Evil Requiem, a locked locker labeled "Jojo" sits at the back of the West Office. Interacting with it reveals you need a key — but the game never tells you where it is. The key is the reward for solving a small scavenger hunt that Barry Burton left behind for younger RPD recruits, and missing it means losing out on one of the game's best weapon charms.

Where to find the two scavenger hunt clues
Both clues are inside the S.T.A.R.S. Office on the second floor of RPD's west wing. You must pick up both photographs in your current playthrough — even if you found them on a previous run — or the key will not spawn at its location.
Step 1: Enter the S.T.A.R.S. Office and immediately look to the right. An open locker contains the first photograph. It shows a zoomed-out shot of a blackboard, an American flag, and a TV monitor — all from the Operations Room before the Raccoon City disaster. Flip it over to find a message from Barry hinting he's hidden something.
Step 2: Walk deeper into the office, past the rows of desks. On the far wall hangs a leather jacket. Interact with it to find the second photograph, which is a zoomed-in image showing the corner of a TV stand. The back of this photo also carries a note from Barry: "You kids have fun solving this one!"
Together, the two photos point to one spot: the TV stand inside the Operations Room.
JoJo's Locker Key location in the Operations Room
Step 1: Make your way downstairs to the Operations Room. If you're coming from the West Office, exit through the far door and turn left instead of making a full U-turn down the long hallway. You may encounter a zombie near a vending machine along the way — deal with it or slip past.
Step 2: Inside the Operations Room, look for a conspicuous pile of pallets on the right side of the room, near the chalkboard and hanging TVs you recognize from Barry's photographs. Approach the pallets and use the "Climb Up" prompt.
Step 3: Once on top, turn toward the overhanging TV stand. JoJo's Locker Key is sitting right there. If you haven't collected both photographs from the S.T.A.R.S. Office, the key will not appear — so double back and grab them first if the spot is empty.

Return to the West Office and use JoJo's Locker Key on the labeled locker. Inside you'll find two items:

Step 1: Read Barry's To Do List from his desk in the S.T.A.R.S. Office.
Step 2: Go to Wesker's adjacent office and open his desk's top drawer. Interact with the seemingly empty drawer a second time to reveal the hidden Library Card file.
Step 3: Head to the RPD Library, go up to the second floor, and find a lone book on a shelf along the middle walkway. Open it to discover a Photograph file labeled "Rising Rookie Rebecca" on the back.
Step 4: Return to the S.T.A.R.S. Office and locate the briefcase in the equipment locker at the back-left corner. Enter the combination RRR — the first three letters of "Rising Rookie Rebecca."
