How to Get 3 Stars on Every Postcard in Arknights: Endfield's Lunar New Year Event

How to Get 3 Stars on Every Postcard in Arknights: Endfield's Lunar New Year Event

"A Spring Note, Warmly Crafted" is a limited-time Lunar New Year event in Arknights: Endfield that asks you to craft holiday postcards for seven different operators. Each postcard has three item slots — Handheld, Background, and Decoration — and picking the right combination earns a 3-star rating. You can clear stages with any items, but only a perfect score on all seven cards unlocks the bonus T-Creds reward.

Quick answer: You earn Oroberyl x30 per stage regardless of rating. Achieving 3 stars on all seven stages awards T-Creds x12,888, and sharing a free crafting card gives another T-Creds x18,888.

Event Duration and Unlock Requirement

The event runs from February 15, 2026, through March 4, 202,6 at 4:00 AM server time. To participate, you need to have completed the main mission "Break the Siege" in Chapter 1, Process 1. Once unlocked, open the event through Main Menu → Events, select "A Spring Note, Warmly Crafted," and tap "Go" to reach the postcard crafting page.

One thing worth noting: the event page has its own audio settings that don't mirror your in-game volume. It defaults to on, so you may want to adjust before diving in.

How Postcard Crafting Works

Each operator's stage opens with a short conversation. Three phrases within the dialogue are highlighted in red, and these correspond directly to the three item slots. The first red highlight maps to the Handheld item, the second to the Background, and the third to the Decoration. You can tap the Replay button at any time to re-read the dialogue and catch clues you missed.

After filling all three slots, tap "Operation Complete" to see your star rating. There's no penalty for wrong answers and no limit on retries, so you can experiment freely. The game does not tell you which specific slot was wrong, though, which can make trial-and-error tedious — especially when multiple items look similar (several stages feature different types of lanterns, for instance).

All rewards arrive via in-game mail rather than going straight into your inventory. Reward mail expires after 30 days, so claim it promptly.

Perlica — Stage 1

Perlica's dialogue references "hawthorn berries slathered in sugar syrup," which points to tanghulu — the candied fruit on a stick. Her mention of a "paper cutting of you holding a lantern" maps to the round lanterns for the Background slot, and "crackling sparks" corresponds to the firecrackers or sparkler decoration. The tricky part here is distinguishing between the multiple lantern options. Pick the round ones specifically.

Ardelia — Stage 2

Ardelia describes something "hard yet fragile on the outside, but all hot and soft and melty inside." That's the chocolate cake. "Sparkling pyrotechnics" refers to the fireworks background, and she directly names "Mr. Dolly" — the pink sheep plush — as the decoration.

Da Pan — Stage 3

Da Pan talks about meat and simmering over high heat, which leads to the earthenware pot (sometimes labeled "bowl with lid") for the Handheld slot. His line about "some like clean stock, but others prefer it spicy" points to the yin yang hot pot split down the middle. "A spoonful of filling on the wrapper, a few neat folds" means dumplings for the Decoration. The handheld item confuses many players because it looks like a cooking pot rather than meat itself — that's a translation quirk. The pot is the correct answer.

Gilberta — Stage 4

Gilberta's card revolves around sweets and money. "Lovely sweets and desserts" maps to the candy board or box of candies. "Pocket money" is the red envelope, a traditional Lunar New Year monetary gift. The "sugar papers" hint for the Decoration threw many players off because it sounds like actual paper, but it refers to wrapped candies and chocolate. Pick the sweets.

Chen Qianyu — Stage 5

Chen Qianyu mentions writing something "on the lantern," so the Handheld item is the Chinese lantern (a red handheld lamp). "Lanterns floating in the night sky" clearly points to sky lanterns for the Background. "Path through the grove" corresponds to bamboo leaves as the Decoration. This stage is notorious for its multiple lantern options — make sure you pick the handheld Chinese lantern for the first slot and the floating sky lanterns for the second.

Lifeng — Stage 6

Lifeng references a "regimen of physical and martial arts training." There are no weapon items available, so the correct Handheld choice is the martial arts book (textbook). The "stubborn little thing" is the burdenbeast or carabao wearing a red top for the Background. "Light this up" points to the hanging firecrackers as the Decoration.

Zhuang Fangyi — Stage 7

Zhuang Fangyi mentions a "limited edition" item, which is Wuling's mascot Rongpaopao. From the Handheld options, pick the white figure holding a fan with the character 福 (fortune) on it. The Background is plum blossoms (flowers), and the Decoration is clouds. This stage was added later in the event's run and caught some players off guard since Zhuang Fangyi isn't yet a playable operator.

Free Crafting Stage and Sharing Reward

After completing all seven operator stages, a Free Crafting Stage unlocks. Here you can pick any two characters and combine items however you like to design a custom postcard. There's no star rating to chase — just share your creation to earn T-Creds x18,888. This is actually the single largest T-Creds payout from the event, so don't skip it.

The event wraps up on March 4, 2026, so there's still time to grab every reward. The clues can be genuinely confusing thanks to some loose English translations and culturally specific references, but with the correct answers in hand, you can knock out all seven postcards in a few minutes and pocket a solid chunk of premium currency along the way.
