The Jason Haunted Cup is a limited-time Reload mode tournament where Duos earn placement and elimination points. Hit the regional cutoff and the Jason outfit is yours; score eight points and you’ll still bank the TGIF emote. If you miss out, the skin will arrive in the Item Shop shortly after.
Jason Haunted Cup date, format, and match cap
The Jason Haunted Cup runs on October 16, 2025. It’s a Duos tournament played in Reload. The session runs for a short window (roughly 2.5 hours in many regions) with a hard cap of up to 10 matches per team; matches that start before the session ends still count toward your score. Scoring: placement and eliminations
You earn points from match placement and each elimination. Here’s the placement scoring model alongside the elimination value:

How to enter and claim rewards
- Launch Fortnite and open the Compete tab on October 16, 2025.
- Select the Jason Haunted Cup (Reload, Duos) and queue with your duo.
- Play up to 10 matches during the event window; prioritize both placements and eliminations for points.
- Rewards are granted based on your final leaderboard placement and total points. The TGIF emote is granted at eight points; the Jason outfit goes to teams inside the regional cutoff.
Miss the cutoff? The Jason Voorhees cosmetics will also rotate into the Item Shop shortly after the cup.
The window is short and the lobbies are sweaty. Queue on time, keep an eye on the match cap, and play for consistent placements with steady eliminations. For many teams, hitting eight points for the emote is well within reach even if the outfit proves out of range.
