How to redeem codes in Investor City
Codes are redeemed through the in-game settings menu. You must be in an active Investor City session on Roblox for the redemption box to appear.
Step 1: Start Investor City from its Roblox experience page at https://www.roblox.com/games/70476134485723/Investor-City and wait until your character has loaded into the city.
Step 2: Look at the left side of the screen and click the Settings button (the cog/gear icon) to open the settings menu.
Step 3: Find the text field at the bottom of the settings window, then carefully type or paste one working code exactly as shown, without any spaces before or after it.
Step 4: Press the Redeem button next to the text field. If the code is valid and not expired, the corresponding rewards are added to your account immediately, and your boost counts or cash balance update.
How to use Income Boosts and Luck Boosts
Code rewards that grant boosts are stored in the in-game shop until you activate them.
Step 1: Click the Shop button on the bottom of the screen to open the in-game shop interface.
Step 2: Select the Boosts tab. This tab shows how many Income Boosts, Luck Boosts, and Ultra Luck Boosts you currently own.
Step 3: Choose the type of boost you want to activate, then confirm the activation. You can usually choose to use a single boost or stack multiple boosts of the same type, which extends the duration or effect period.
Once activated, Income Boosts temporarily increase the money you earn from your properties, while Luck and Ultra Luck Boosts improve your chances of getting higher-star tenants or better results from luck-based systems. These effects run on a timer, so it is most efficient to enable them when you are actively investing, upgrading, or rolling for tenants.
Why an Investor City code might not work
When a code fails to redeem, it is generally for one of a few reasons:
- Typing mistakes: Codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly, with no extra spaces. A single incorrect character will make the redemption fail.
- Expired codes: Many codes are tied to events or milestones and stop working after a set period. If you enter an expired code, the game will reject it even if it once worked.
- Already redeemed: Each code can normally be claimed only once per account. If you used it previously, trying again will not grant more rewards.
- Outdated server: Very new codes can sometimes require reconnecting to a fresh server instance. If a new working code is not recognized, rejoin Investor City and try again.
If you still cannot redeem a code that should be active, re-check the spelling character by character, confirm it is listed as working, and then attempt redemption again on a new server.
How to get more Investor City codes
The developer of Investor City, F1ctional, distributes new codes through the game’s community channels. To stay current with future codes:
- Join the official Investor City Discord server, where new codes are often posted in information or announcement channels.
- Follow the official Investor City community group and the game page on Roblox to catch milestone or update codes.
New codes commonly appear around major updates, holiday events, or like-count milestones, and they often have limited redemption windows, so it is best to redeem them as soon as you see them.
