How to redeem codes

Start Roblox and launch the Kayak and Surf experience from its game page.

Once you load in, press the Shop button on the right side of the screen to open the in-game shop menu.

Scroll to the bottom of the Shop window until you see the text box for entering codes.

Click the text box, then type or paste a working code exactly as shown above.

Press the Enter or Return key; if the code is valid, your rewards are added to your account immediately.

Why codes might not work

The code has expired. Event and milestone codes often stop working after a short time.
