How to link Twitch and Bungie for Marathon Drops
Step 1: Sign in to Bungie account linking. Open your account settings and go to Account Linking.
Step 2: Find the Twitch section and select Link Account. Bungie opens a Twitch authorization window, so pop-ups need to be allowed.
Step 3: Confirm the correct Twitch account and approve the connection. When it works, Twitch appears as an active linked account in your Bungie settings.
Step 4: Leave the connection in place long enough before the event. Bungie advises linking at least 12 hours before a Twitch Drop campaign starts to avoid activation delays.

How to earn and claim Marathon Twitch Drops
Step 1: Open a Marathon stream with Drops enabled on Twitch. The stream must be participating in the campaign for watch time to count.
Step 2: Keep the stream running until you hit the reward milestone you want. The launch set tops out at four hours for the Ballistic Sniper weapon skin.
Step 3: Claim each reward from your Twitch Drops inventory. Progress and completed rewards are shown there.
Step 4: Launch Marathon after claiming. If everything is connected correctly, the reward is delivered to your account automatically.
You know it worked when the reward shows as claimed in Twitch and then appears in Marathon on the linked Bungie account.

What usually stops Marathon Drops from working
The most common problem is an account-link issue. A Twitch account may be connected to the wrong Bungie account, an older Twitch account may still be linked, or the connection may need to be removed and added again.
Another common problem is timing. If the Twitch and Bungie accounts are linked too close to the start of the event, Bungie does not guarantee the connection will be active in time for that campaign.
Claim status also matters. Watch progress alone is not enough. The reward still has to be claimed in Twitch before it can be delivered.
Subscription reward rules for the Smol K.i.t.t.y. sticker
The Smol K.i.t.t.y. weapon sticker is separate from the timed watch rewards. It unlocks through a subscription or a gifted subscription to a Marathon creator participating in the campaign.
A normal watch session does not unlock that sticker. Community reports also indicate Prime subscriptions may not count for this reward, so a paid subscription or gifted sub is the safer path if that sticker is the one you want.

How launch Drops differ from the earlier Server Slam set
The launch weekend rewards are the Bingus-themed set plus the white and purple Ballistic Sniper skin. They replace the earlier Server Slam rewards, which used the SMILEYworm, WEAVEworm, and GLOWworm cosmetics alongside the HMG Twitch Engine weapon skin.
Server Slam rewards were tied to launch and did not appear for use during the test itself. The launch campaign is a different reward set, so earning the new items does not unlock the older worm-themed cosmetics.
If your goal is to finish the full launch set, the cleanest path is simple: link Bungie and Twitch first, watch one Drops-enabled Marathon stream until the four-hour mark, then claim each item in Twitch before opening the game.
