How to redeem codes
Step 1: Open Roblox and start the Massacre experience from its game page.
Step 2: Once you load into the lobby, look at the left side of the screen and click the cogwheel (settings) icon.
Step 3: In the settings window, find the text field labeled “Enter a Code”. Click inside this box so your cursor is active there.
Step 4: Type the code exactly as shown, including all letters and numbers, without adding spaces before or after it.
Step 5: Press the Enter key on your keyboard to submit the code. If it is valid, your rewards (like Super Push Skill) will be added to your account. If it fails, double-check the spelling or rejoin a fresh server and try again.

Why codes might not work
- The code has expired and is no longer supported by the game.
- The code was typed with a mistake; Massacre codes are case-sensitive and extra spaces will break them.
- The code was already redeemed on your Roblox account, so it cannot be used again.
- The server session is outdated; leaving the experience, rejoining a fresh server, and trying again can sometimes fix this.
