Solmora is a new Water-type Pal arriving with the Palworld Version 1.0 update. It was first shown through a comic strip on Palworld’s official social channels, where it appears as a fast water mount you can ride once the update goes live.
Quick answer: Solmora is not available yet. It launches with Version 1.0, and once live you can obtain it as a wild spawn near water, by hatching a Damp Egg, or through breeding.
Solmora type and known details
Solmora is a suspected Water-type Pal. Most of its stat block is still under construction until the update ships, but the core identity is clear from its reveal. It reads as a rideable Pal built for moving quickly across water.

Where to find Solmora in the wild
As a Water-type Pal, Solmora is expected to spawn near bodies of water once Version 1.0 is live. It does not appear to be tied to a specific time of day, so you should be able to encounter it both during the day and at night, unlike many Dark-type Pals.
Exact spawn coordinates and a map will only be confirmed after the update launches. No official location has been published yet.
How to get Solmora
Solmora arrives as part of the Version 1.0 roster, and there are three expected ways to add one to your team.
- Catch it as a wild spawn near water.
- Hatch it from a Damp Egg, which matches its suspected Water typing.
- Breed it at a Breeding Farm.
Solmora does not appear to be a Raid Boss or a dungeon boss, though that has not been officially confirmed.
How to breed Solmora
Breeding is a confirmed method of obtaining Solmora. The only combination known so far is pairing two Solmora together, which produces another Solmora. Additional parent pairs will surface once the update is live and the Pal’s breeding power value is known.
| Parent 1 | Parent 2 | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Solmora | Solmora | Solmora |
To breed any Pal, place a male and female pair in a Breeding Farm and keep cake stocked in the feed box. When the pair bonds, an egg drops, and hatching it in an Egg Incubator gives you the offspring.
How to beat Solmora
Because Solmora is a suspected Water-type, Electric-type Pals give you the cleanest type advantage in a fight. Sparkit, Univolt, and Beakon are all strong picks. The upcoming Puffolt, also suspected to be Electric, could join that lineup once Version 1.0 lands.
Avoid bringing Fire-type Pals such as Foxparks, Rooby, or Bushi, since they sit at a clear disadvantage against a Water opponent. Detailed Pal Sphere and capture recommendations will firm up after launch.
Riding Solmora as a water mount
Solmora appears to be a rideable Pal. Its comic strip reveal points to a partner skill built around a saddle that lets you ride it across water, and it has been hinted at being extremely fast. That would place it among the quickest water mounts in the game.
The mount status, saddle recipe, and technology level requirement are expected to be fully confirmed on July 10, 2026. Its active skills and partner skill remain TBA until then.
Note: Solmora’s drops, work suitability, and stats are still unconfirmed. Check back after Version 1.0 goes live for a complete breakdown of its numbers, spawn points, and finalized breeding paths.
