Each code can only be redeemed once per Nintendo account. Your Nintendo Switch must be connected to the internet when you enter a code — a Nintendo Switch Online membership is not required, but an active connection is.
How to redeem Mystery Gift codes in Pokémon Champions
The Mystery Gift menu only becomes accessible after completing the opening tutorial. Once you have full access to the main Champions menu, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Launch Pokémon Champions on your Nintendo Switch and let the main menu load fully.
Step 2: Select Submenu from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap Mystery Gifts. Type or paste an active code into the "Enter a code or Password below" field, then press Confirm to submit it.
When a code is accepted, the game displays a confirmation message and automatically sends your reward to your mailbox.
Claiming your reward from the mailbox
Step 1: Return to the main menu and open your Mailbox using the icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: Select the Special Campaign gift entry to see the contents of your reward.
Step 3: Tap Claim, then confirm with OK to add the reward to your account.

How to get more Mystery Gift codes
New codes are announced through Pokémon Champions' official social channels. The developers have not confirmed a fixed release schedule, so keeping an eye on those accounts is the most reliable way to catch codes before they expire.
Outside of Mystery Gifts, Pokémon Champions offers several other routes to free rewards. A free Dragonite and 100 Quick Coupons are already sitting in your mailbox from the start. Completing tutorials and logging in regularly awards Victory Points, which can be spent to recruit additional Pokémon. Missions and Battle Pass progression also yield items and currency as you play.
