Sailor Piece layers multiple stat systems on top of each other, and the Power System is one of the most impactful late-game mechanics available. Unlike Spec Passives, which apply to individual Swords or Melee Specs, Powers boost your entire build at once — adding percentage-based Damage, HP, Crit Chance, Crit Damage, and even Luck depending on rarity. Traits, meanwhile, multiply your base Damage, Defense, and Cooldown Reduction through a separate reroll system accessible much earlier.
Quick answer: To unlock Powers, you need level 11,500 and 5,500 Gems, then speak to the Power Master NPC on Lawless Island. Traits are rerolled at the Trait NPC on Sailor Island using Trait Reroll items dropped by enemies and bosses.

All 17 Powers and Their Stats
Powers span five rarity tiers, from Common up to Mythical. Higher rarities add more stat categories — Rare Powers introduce Crit Chance or Crit Damage, while Mythical Powers stack on unique bonuses like conditional NPC damage or boss damage multipliers. Each Power rolls its stats within a range, so two copies of the same Power can differ in strength.

| Colossus | 20–34% | 20–35% | 1.5–3% | 5–10% | 7.5–15% Luck, +15–25% boss damage |
Colossus is the strongest Power for boss farming thanks to its dedicated boss damage modifier and Luck bonus, while Cursebrand edges ahead for NPC grinding when you have a partner.

Power Drop Rates
Every reroll pulls from the same probability table. Mythical Powers sit at a 0.2% chance, so expect to burn through a significant number of Power Shards before landing one.
| Rarity | Drop Rate |
|---|---|
| Common | 50% |
| Uncommon | 28.75% |
| Rare | 15% |
| Epic | 5% |
| Legendary | 1% |
| Mythical | 0.2% |
Unlocking the Power System
The Power System has two hard requirements: reaching level 11,500 and having 5,500 Gems on hand. The Gems are consumed when you activate the system for the first time.
Step 1: Travel to Lawless Island and locate the Power Master NPC. He stands opposite the Arena Fighters NPCs.
Step 2: Interact with the Power Master and confirm the unlock. You need both the level and Gem requirements met simultaneously — falling short on either will block the prompt.
Step 3: After the one-time activation, every future interaction with the Power Master opens the reroll interface instead.

Rerolling Powers
Rerolling requires Power Shards, a farmable currency dropped by higher-level mobs. Ninja Island and Lawless Island enemies have the best drop rates for these shards.
Step 1: Return to the Power Master NPC on Lawless Island and open the reroll menu.
Step 2: Press the Reroll button to spend one Power Shard and receive a new random Power from the drop table above.
Step 3: Use the Filters option to exclude specific rarities you don't want. During Auto Rerolls, the system will skip any rarity you've filtered out, saving shards over long sessions.
You cannot directly select a specific Power. Filters only narrow the rarity pool — the exact Power within a rarity tier is still random.

All 25 Traits and Their Stats
Traits operate on a separate system from Powers. While Powers add flat percentage bonuses to your build, Traits apply multiplicative scaling to Damage and Defense, and some also reduce ability cooldowns. Traits use seven rarity tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythical, and Secret.
Common Traits
| Trait | Damage | Defense | Cooldown Reduction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strong | 1.15x | 1.05x | — |
| Tough | 1.10x | 1.15x | — |
| Agile | — | — | 10% |
Uncommon Traits
| Trait | Damage | Defense | Cooldown Reduction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Balanced | 1.20x | 1.20x | — |
| Steady | 1.25x | 1.15x | — |
| Driven | 1.15x | 1.10x | 5% |
Rare Traits
| Trait | Damage | Defense | Cooldown Reduction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Predator | 1.30x | 1.15x | — |
| Vicious | 1.25x | 1.15x | 5% |
| Sharpened | 1.35x | 1.10x | — |
Epic Traits
| Trait | Damage | Defense | Cooldown Reduction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Overdrive | 1.30x | 1.35x | 10% |

| Unstoppable | 1.45x | 1.70x | — |
| Genesis | 1.40x | 1.40x | 15% |
| Dominator | 1.50x | 1.45x | 10% |
Mythical Traits
| Trait | Damage | Defense | Cooldown Reduction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Godspeed | 1.55x | 1.50x | 25% |
| Sovereign | 1.65x | 1.85x | 15% |
| Transcendant | 1.75x | 1.65x | 20% |
| Malevolent | 1.80x | 1.50x | 20% |
| Infinity | 1.70x | 1.60x | 20% |
Secret Traits
| Trait | Damage | Defense | Cooldown Reduction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Overlord | 1.90x | 2.00x | 25% |
| Cataclysm | 2.00x | 1.70x | 30% |
| Singularity | 2.10x | 1.75x | 30% |
| Celestial | 2.20x | 1.65x | 30% |
| Emperor | 2.30x | 1.60x | 30% |
Emperor holds the highest raw Damage multiplier in the game at 2.30x, though its Defense scaling is the lowest among Secret Traits. Celestial offers a strong middle ground with 2.20x Damage, 1.65x Defense, and 30% Cooldown Reduction, making it the most popular pick for balanced builds. Overlord trades offensive ceiling for the highest Defense multiplier at 2.00x.

How to Roll Traits
Traits are obtained through Trait Reroll items, which are Epic-rarity drops from enemies and bosses. Bosses drop them at a significantly higher rate than regular mobs, so farming bosses is the most efficient path to stockpiling rerolls. Active game codes occasionally reward Trait Rerolls (often abbreviated TRR) as well.
Step 1: Collect at least one Trait Reroll item from boss kills or enemy drops.
Step 2: Head to Sailor Island and find the Trait NPC.
Step 3: Interact with the NPC and select Reroll. One Trait Reroll item is consumed, and your new Trait appears on your profile immediately.
Trait Drop Chances
| Rarity | Drop Rate |
|---|---|
| Common | 50% |
| Uncommon | 28% |
| Rare | 15% |
| Epic | 5% |
| Legendary | 1% |
| Mythical | 0.25% |
| Secret | Unknown |
The Secret rarity drop rate has not been officially disclosed. Given that Mythical sits at just 0.25%, Secret Traits are extremely rare and will require a large number of rerolls to land.

Best Traits and Powers to Target
For Traits, Emperor, Celestial, Singularity, Cataclysm, and Overlord occupy the top tier. All five are Secret rarity, so realistically you should keep any Mythical Trait — particularly Malevolent (1.80x Damage, 20% Cooldown Reduction) — as a strong placeholder while continuing to reroll when you accumulate more items.
For Powers, Colossus is the clear winner for boss-focused play. Its 15–25% boss damage bonus stacks on top of already massive base stats, and the Luck bonus helps with rare drops. Cursebrand is better suited for NPC farming, especially when playing with a partner, since its conditional damage bonus stacks with two players. If Mythical Powers prove elusive at 0.2%, Legendary options like Abyssal and Eternal provide meaningful Crit Chance and Crit Damage that noticeably improve DPS over Epic alternatives.
Both the Power System and Trait System reward patience and volume. Stock up on Power Shards from Ninja and Lawless Island mobs, farm bosses for Trait Rerolls, and use the auto-reroll filters to skip Common and Uncommon results. The stat difference between a Common Trait and a Secret Trait is the difference between a 1.15x Damage multiplier and a 2.30x one — a gap that no amount of gear optimization can close on its own.
