Apple rolled out the iOS 12.1.3 update earlier today for supported iPhone and iPad devices. The update included bug and fixes and performance improvements. However, after installing iOS 12.1.3, iPhone users on Sprint’s network are reporting cellular connectivity issues on their devices.

If you’re on Sprint and haven’t updated your iPhone to iOS 12.1.3 yet, we suggest you hold back from updating until Sprint and Apple fixes the problem. If you did, follow the procedure below to fix “No service” issue on your iPhone on Sprint’s network.

How to fix “No service” on a Sprint iPhone running iOS 12.1.3

  1. Open Phone app on your iPhone.
  2. Dial ##72786#. This will reset the device after a few seconds.
  3. Tap OK when prompted. Your phone will automatically restart.
  4. Tap OK again when prompted after the restart.

That’s it. You should have cellular connectivity back on your iPhone now.
