Unlocking the True Aizen Sword in Sailor Piece — Full Walkthrough

The True Aizen sword is one of the most powerful weapons in Sailor Piece on Roblox, capable of dishing out billions of damage once fully upgraded. Getting it requires a serious grind across Soul Society and Hueco Mundo, and even after you obtain the sword itself, its ultimate F-move is locked behind a separate chain of Mastery quests. Here's everything you need to do.

Quick answer: Travel to Soul Society Island, collect boss-drop materials by repeatedly defeating the True Aizen boss with Chrysalis Sigils, then purchase the sword for 35,000 Gems and 75 Chrysalis Sigils. Afterward, complete three sequential Mastery quests from the True Aizen F Master NPC to unlock the F-move and a 30% damage buff.

Prerequisites before you start

You must already own the base Aizen Sword before you can upgrade to True Aizen. You also need access to Soul Society Island, which opens after finishing the Hogyoku Quest. That quest requires collecting six Hogyoku Fragments scattered across different islands. If you haven't done either of those things yet, complete them first — nothing else on this page will work without them.

Materials needed for the True Aizen sword

Once you arrive on Soul Society Island, find and speak to the True Aizen NPC. He'll hand you a shopping list of materials, all of which drop from the True Aizen boss.

MaterialQuantity Required
Evolution Fragment1
Transcendent Core3
Divinity Essence8
Fusion Ring15
Transcendent Being title1

On top of these drops, the final exchange costs 35,000 Gems and 75 Chrysalis Sigils. Stock up on both before you begin farming.

Spawning and defeating the True Aizen boss

Step 1: Locate the True Aizen Summoner NPC on Soul Society Island. Speaking to this NPC lets you spawn the boss in exchange for Chrysalis Sigils.

Step 2: Hand over 1 Chrysalis Sigil to spawn the boss on Normal difficulty. Hard difficulty costs 3 Sigils, and Extreme costs 4. Normal is fine for material farming if your damage output is still modest.

Step 3: Defeat the boss and collect whatever materials drop. You'll need to repeat this fight many times to gather every item on the list. The boss on Hard difficulty has roughly 7.5 billion HP and hits extremely hard, so only attempt higher difficulties if you can end the fight in one or two hits.

💡
Farming with a friend makes a huge difference. The boss's health pool is enormous, and splitting the workload cuts your Sigil spending and clear times significantly.

Step 4: Once you have all the materials, return to the True Aizen NPC. Pay the 35,000 Gems and 75 Chrysalis Sigils to receive the True Aizen sword. You'll immediately have access to most of its moveset — but the F-move slot will be empty.

True Aizen Mastery quests — Unlocking the F-move

The True Aizen F Master NPC is located on the roof of the tallest building toward the back of Soul Society Island. Interact with him (press E on PC) to begin a chain of three sequential quests. You must own the True Aizen sword before the NPC will talk to you.

Mastery Quest 1 — Boss kills on Hard or Extreme

Defeat the True Aizen boss 15 times on either Hard or Extreme difficulty. At 3 Sigils per Hard-mode summon, that's a minimum of 45 Chrysalis Sigils just for this quest. Extreme mode costs 4 Sigils per summon (60 total for 15 kills). Hard mode is the more economical choice for most players.

Mastery Quest 2 — Obtain the Espada Clan

You need to roll the Espada Clan using Clan Rerolls. Espada is currently the best clan in Sailor Piece, offering roughly 32% bonus damage and 50% max HP. Because it sits at the top of the rarity pool, expect to burn through a significant number of rerolls. The pity system caps at 500 rerolls, so budget accordingly.

⚠️
Rolling Espada will replace your current clan. If you're attached to your existing clan buffs, weigh the trade-off — though Espada's stats are currently unmatched.

Mastery Quest 3 — Consume 5 Transmutation Shards

Transmutation Shards are Mythic-rarity drops, making them the hardest part of the entire process. You need five of them.

QuincysSoul SocietyHigher-level mobs; tougher but still viable
Aizen bossHueco Mundo (spawns every 7 min 30 sec)Can drop shards but requires no Sigils to fight

The most efficient method is AFK farming Hollows on Hueco Mundo. Equip your True Aizen sword, open Settings, enable Auto Skill (set it to the C move), and turn on Enable Auto Rejoin so you reconnect automatically if the server kicks you. Leave it running and check back periodically.

To improve your drop rate, invest Gems into the Luck stat through stat rerolls — aim for at least S rank or higher. Also, equip a Luck-boosting title from your inventory. Titles tied to boss kill milestones tend to offer the highest Luck percentages.

Completing the chain and verifying the unlock

After consuming all five Transmutation Shards, return to the True Aizen F Master NPC. The quest chain will complete, and two things happen immediately: the F-move slot on your True Aizen sword becomes active, and you receive a permanent 30% damage buff. You can verify the unlock by opening your moveset — the F slot should now display the new ability instead of being grayed out.

The F-move itself features a lengthy dragon-style animation and deals massive damage. In testing, players have reported crits in the billions with proper stat investment, making it one of the hardest-hitting single abilities in the game.

Quest progress is saved even if you abandon the Mastery mission temporarily. You can switch to other quests and come back later without losing any completed steps.

The entire True Aizen grind — from collecting boss materials to finishing the F-move Mastery chain — can take several hours of active play and a good deal of AFK farming. Pairing up with friends for boss fights and trading for Transmutation Shards will cut that time down considerably. Once everything is done, the sword's raw damage output and that 30% permanent buff make it one of the strongest loadouts Sailor Piece currently offers.
