Todoroki is a Spec in Rogue Piece modeled after Shoto Todoroki. Getting it is less about a single lucky drop and more about finishing a short shopping list, then finding the right NPC on the right island.
What you need to buy Todoroki (and where you buy it)
You purchase Todoroki by talking to the Todoroki Teacher NPC on Throne Isle. The NPC stands on the left cliff at that island.

Once you have the Gems, Hot Fragment, Cold Fragment, and Quirk DNA, return to Throne Isle and complete the purchase with the Todoroki Teacher NPC.
How to spawn the Todoroki Boss on Throne Isle
The Todoroki Boss is a repeatable fight you can trigger on Throne Isle. You have two ways to spawn it: pay the summon cost, or use Boss Tokens.
Step 1: Go to Throne Isle and head to the arena entrance.
Step 2: Talk to the Boss Summoner NPC to spawn Todoroki using 5x Summon Orbs and 2,500 Gems.
If you’d rather not spend orbs and gems, there’s a token-based option.
Step 1: Go to Throne Isle and look to the left of the island entrance.
Step 2: Talk to the Guarantee NPC to spawn Todoroki using 500 Boss Tokens.
What the Todoroki Boss fight is like (and what it drops)
Todoroki Boss is fast, spawns with 2.5M Health, and mixes ranged, melee, and AoE attacks. The fight is also your pipeline for the materials needed to buy the Spec.

Gems and Tokens: the currencies that gate the grind
Gems are the main purchase cost for Todoroki. They’re earned by completing quests, opening chests from those quests, and farming bosses for random gem drops.
Boss Tokens are the alternative spawn currency if you want to summon Todoroki without paying the Summon Orb and gem fee each time. Tokens can be obtained from the Anos Boss and by completing Daily Quests.
Anos Boss details, since Tokens are tied to it
The Anos Boss spawns every 10 minutes at the top of Abyss Hill and does not require any materials to spawn. When defeated, Anos can drop Token, Crimson Blood, and the Demon King of Tyranny [Title].
There is a 0.5% chance that defeating Anos drops one Token. Tokens can also be used to roll the Token Banner for items like Gems, Summon Orbs, and Reroll Shards.
Is Todoroki worth it?
Todoroki is considered decent, though not the top DPS option. Kaneki is still regarded as the best Spec, alongside Shadow, which is currently unobtainable.
