| Free-roam after credits | No; the final boss ends the run |

| Platform note | No PS4 version; PS5 release date: October 21, 2025 |
Why six runs are required (and how platinum fits in)
The list pushes you to see all six endings. Four trophies ask you to complete the game as an Elder of each base clan (Banu Haqim, Brujah, Tremere, Ventrue). The two additional clans (Lasombra, Toreador) live in a separate DLC set and are only needed if you’re going for 100%, not platinum. With autosaves only and no manual saving or level select, you can’t bank choices near the finale to branch outcomes; full replays are the practical route.
Difficulty is flexible. Outside of a single encounter that requires Normal or Hard (detailed below), you can drop to Casual to speed through repeat runs, focusing each playthrough on a different ending and any clan‑specific or combat trophies you still need.

Suggested playthrough plan (high level)
- Run 1: Story + all collectibles + one difficulty-gated boss trophy. Pick any base clan you want to learn first.
- Runs 2–4: Finish the game as each of the remaining base clans. Pair these with clan ability trophies and one unique ending per run.
- Runs 5–6: Mop up the remaining endings and any combat/system trophies left. Use Casual to sprint, only raising difficulty where required.

Point of no return and collectible lockout
Once you enter Weaver Tower late in the story, you can’t leave. If you haven’t finished collectibles before that step, you’ll need to reload an earlier main‑quest autosave or start a new run. Plan your first playthrough to clear the city fully before committing to the finale.
Collectibles you must finish within a run
| Set | Count | Notes | Trophy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anarch Tags | 30 | Available from the start; glowing graffiti on walls around Seattle. | Clean Up the Streets |
| I.A.O. Surveillance Cameras | 30 | Spawn on building walls during the main quest “We Don’t Do Ghost Stories” about two‑thirds through the story; look at a camera and hold R2 to disable. | Cutting the Feed |
| Crosses of Saint James | 9 | Gold crosses found across key interiors during story progression. | Crucifixation |
All endings that award trophies
| Ending | Trophy | Missable | Comment |
|---|---|---|---|
| I.A.O. attack on Seattle | A City in Flames | Yes | Outcome tied to late‑game choices. |
| Katsumi in charge | A City of Anarchy | Yes | Factional resolution. |
| Tolly in charge | A City Most Fabulous | Yes | Factional resolution. |
| Lou in charge | A City Restored | Yes | Factional resolution. |
| Phyre in charge | A City Unchained | Yes | Self‑rule outcome. |
| Agreeable companion | A City of Kinship | Yes | Requirement currently unclear; plan a full run for it. |
Clan completion trophies (base game)
- The Silence of the Blood — finish as a Banu Haqim Elder.
- A Lesson from the Rabble — finish as a Brujah Elder.
- The Warlock Ascendant — finish as a Tremere Elder.
- A Noble Legacy — finish as a Ventrue Elder.
These are set at character creation and can’t be changed mid‑run. Clan choice mostly affects abilities and some dialogue, not the core plot. Two additional clan completions (Lasombra and Toreador) live in the Shadows & Silk DLC list and are not required for platinum.

Combat and ability trophies worth pairing with clan runs
- Master of the Bladed Hand (Banu Haqim): Trigger Split Second to slow time, then hit 4+ enemies with Bladed Hand in one activation. Banu Haqim’s contact is Niko at Aurora Pawn.
- Bowled Over (Brujah): Knock down five enemies in a single Brujah Charge.
- By Royal Decree (Ventrue): Combine Mass Manipulation with Terminal Decree to eliminate at least six enemies at once.
- I Curse You All! (Tremere): Combine Blood Curse with Blood Salvo to eliminate at least four enemies at once.
- An Elder’s Speed / An Elder’s Strength: Perform 30 forward dash counters (tap L1 near an attacking enemy) and break 20 blocks with heavy attacks.
- Kiss and Kill: Pull an enemy with Telekinesis and feed on them 30 times.
- Silent Death / From the Shadows: Eliminate enemies without alerting them (50 total; seven in a row for the streak).
- Catch! / Return to Sender: Use an enemy’s grenade or gun against them to secure the elimination.
- Wings of the Night / Frequent Flyer: Glide 75 meters in a single go; glide 1000 meters total across a run.
Story, systems, and exploration trophies to route early
- A Diva Defeated: During “A Work of Holy Innocents,” you’ll enter The Atrium with powers locked. Finish the Ysabella fight on Normal or Hard while the lock is active. This conflicts with an alternate trophy for the same scenario, so plan to pick the counterpart on a later run.
- The Blood is Strong: Unlock and equip all abilities and the clan perk for your starting clan within a run.
- I Do Not Drink... Wine: Feed on citizens of every Blood Resonance type; A Nice Cool Drink focuses specifically on all humans with Phlegmatic resonance.
- Fashionista: Wear 12 unique outfits in one playthrough (the default rags do not count).
- That’s the Spirit: Complete every Spirit’s Touch conversation in a single playthrough.
- History Buff: Trigger every audio exhibit at the Seattle Underground Tour.
- The Embrace: As Phyre, sire a Childe.
- The Blade of Mercy: While investigating Onda at St. Stephens, interact with the knife in the wall and also the hidden note in the gap to the right of that wall; you need both insights to “discover the secret.”
Base vs. DLC: what counts for platinum
Platinum requires all main‑game trophies only. The Shadows & Silk set adds two more clan completion trophies (Lasombra, Toreador) and a handful of ability‑ and resonance‑based challenges, but those live in a separate DLC list. They’re needed for 100% completion, not for the platinum.

Practical routing tips
- Front‑load your first run. Clear all 30 Anarch Tags, 30 I.A.O. cameras, and 9 Crosses before heading into Weaver Tower.
- Use main‑quest autosaves as safety nets. If you spot you’ve missed a collectible, roll back to the last main‑quest start rather than pushing to credits.
- Specialize each run. Tie a clan to its hardest ability trophy, then leave general kill counts and stealth streaks to whichever run you’re already clearing combat arenas repeatedly.
- Save the unknown ending (“A City of Kinship”) for a dedicated run so you don’t jeopardize other outcomes.
Checklist of base-game trophies that define your runs
| Category | Trophies | When to tackle |
|---|---|---|
| Endings (6) | A City in Flames, A City of Anarchy, A City Most Fabulous, A City Restored, A City Unchained, A City of Kinship | One unique ending per run |
| Clan completions (4) | Banu Haqim, Brujah, Tremere, Ventrue | Runs 1–4 |
| Collectibles (3 sets) | Clean Up the Streets, Cutting the Feed, Crucifixation | Run 1, before Weaver Tower |
| Difficulty-gated | A Diva Defeated | Run 1 (Normal or Hard) |
| Systems & exploration | The Blood is Strong, That’s the Spirit, History Buff, Fashionista, The Embrace, The Blade of Mercy | Prefer run 1 while fully exploring |
| Combat & ability | Master of the Bladed Hand, Bowled Over, By Royal Decree, I Curse You All!, An Elder’s Speed, An Elder’s Strength, Silent Death, From the Shadows, Kiss and Kill, Catch!, Return to Sender, Wings of the Night, Frequent Flyer | Pair with matching clan runs; clean up on later speed runs |
If you plan around the no‑manual‑save structure, knock out the three collectible sets before the finale, and attach the trickier ability trophies to their matching clans, the six‑run requirement becomes a predictable loop rather than a blind grind. Keep one eye on the ending you’re steering toward each time, and don’t enter Weaver Tower until your checklist is complete.
