Microsoft rolled out the KB4480970 and KB4481480 updates earlier this week for Windows 7 running PCs. The update aims to address security vulnerabilities along with big fixes and performance improvements.
The update installs fine for most users through the automatic updates system in Windows 7, but if for some reason KB4480970 and KB4481480 updates fail to install on your PC, you can also manually download and install the updates.
Microsoft provides standalone installers for all Windows updates. You can download these standalone packages for the KB4480970 and KB4481480 updates and install them on your PC like you install any other program.
