Soliskins in Wuthering Waves are small, wandering creatures scattered across Lahai-Roi. Rescuing them rewards Soliseed of Essehalo, which you can later turn in to the Giant Soliskin in Bjartr Woods for Astrite, Shell Credit, recipes, and upgrade materials.
Giant's Gaze holds five of these Soliskins. They are all tied to the same interaction pattern: find Lumiglow plants, clear nearby Geospider enemies, then use the Projector Utility with a Geospider S4 to scan and dispel the Lumiglows that are hiding Soliskins.
Giant's Gaze Soliskin overview
Giant's Gaze sits around the Spacetrek Observatory and the long road of Orbit Valley Pass. Within this area there are:
- 5 Soliskins total.
- 2 Soliskins near the Spacetrek Observatory itself.
- 3 Soliskins along the southern stretch of Orbit Valley Pass.
- One Lumiglow cluster that hides two Soliskins at once after you clear it.
Every Soliskin here gives one Soliseed of Essehalo when you interact with it.
Soliskin 1 – Under the Spacetrek Observatory road
Step 1: Fast travel to the Spacetrek Observatory Resonance Nexus in Giant's Gaze. From the Nexus, move southwestunderneath the observatory road. Look for a single Lumiglow and two hostile Geospiders in this underpass.
Step 2: Defeat the two Geospiders so they don’t interrupt the scan. After the area is safe, equip the Projector Utility and select Geospider S4 as the projection.
Step 3: Use the Projector to summon a Geospider S4 close to the Lumiglow. Trigger its scanning skill while it is next to the plant. The scan dispels the Lumiglow, revealing a Soliskin. Interact with the creature to receive a Soliseed of Essehalo.
Soliskin 2 – Southern Orbit Valley Pass riverside
Step 1: Teleport to the southern Resonance Beacon in Orbit Valley Pass. From the Beacon, travel southwest toward the river that runs below the road.
Step 2: Near the riverbank, you will find another Lumiglow. There may be enemies nearby; clear them out to avoid interruptions.
Step 3: Summon a Geospider S4 with the Projector next to the Lumiglow and activate its scan. The Lumiglow disperses, and a Soliskin appears. Interact with it to gain another Soliseed of Essehalo.
Soliskins 3 and 4 – Lumiglow cluster near the Mechascout Transition
Step 1: From the second Soliskin’s riverside spot, head northeast along the southern part of Orbit Valley Pass. You are aiming for a Mechascout Transition point on the roadside.
Step 2: Close to this Transition, you will see three Lumiglows and a hostile Geospider. Defeat the enemy first. When the area is clear, prepare the Projector with Geospider S4 again.
Step 3: Place the Geospider S4 where it can scan across all three Lumiglows, then use its scanning skill. The cluster of Lumiglows vanishes, revealing two Soliskins and a supply chest in the same spot.
Step 4: Interact with both Soliskins individually to collect two Soliseeds of Essehalo, and open the chest while you are there.
Soliskin 5 – East of Spacetrek Observatory
You can reach the last Soliskin from either direction, depending on which waypoint you prefer:
- Travel east from the Spacetrek Observatory Resonance Nexus across the high road, or
- Fast travel to the nearby Mechascout Transition east of the Observatory and ride your bike west along the road.
Step 1: Move along the road between the Observatory and the Mechascout Transition until you find another Lumiglow with several Geospider S4 units actively scanning or patrolling around it.
Step 2: Deal with any hostile Geospiders so you can work safely. With the Projector Utility, select Geospider S4 and place it next to the Lumiglow that sits by the road.
Step 3: Trigger the Geospider’s scanning skill near the Lumiglow. The plant disperses, and the final Soliskin appears. Interact with it to obtain the fifth Soliseed of Essehalo from Giant's Gaze.
How Giant's Gaze fits into all Lahai-Roi Soliskins
Lahai-Roi as a region contains 50 overworld Soliskins spread across nine named sub-areas, plus an extra five Soliseeds of Essehalo as a reward from the Sixteen Centimillion Bits side quest. That brings the total to 55 Soliseeds you can obtain in the region.

Where to deliver Soliseeds of Essehalo and rewards overview
Once you have collected Soliseeds, including those from Giant's Gaze, you can turn them in at the Giant Soliskin in Soliseed Plains, Bjartr Woods. The Giant Soliskin sits near the area’s Resonance Nexus.
Step 1: Fast travel to the Soliseed Plains Resonance Nexus in Bjartr Woods.
Step 2: Approach the massive Soliskin at the Plains. Interact with it and open the offering/delivery interface for Soliseeds of Essehalo.
Step 3: Submit Soliseeds in batches to level up the offering. Each level requires more Soliseeds but returns a defined reward bundle.

To reach the final reward tier, you need the entire set of 55 Soliseeds, which means fully clearing every Lahai-Roi area, including Giant's Gaze, and finishing the Sixteen Centimillion Bits side quest.
Giant's Gaze is one of the easier Soliskin segments to clear because all five rescues hinge on the same loop: track down Lumiglows around the Observatory and Orbit Valley Pass, let a Geospider S4 scan them away, and talk to the creatures left behind. Once those five are banked, you are a noticeable step closer to maxing the Giant Soliskin’s offering and collecting every Soliskin reward in Lahai-Roi.
