Weapons in Dokkodo are built from components, and each weapon splits into a blade and a handle. Components are sorted by rarity, and several rolls carry variable stats, so two of the same drop can differ. The tables below cover every blade and handle on each weapon class, with the exact best possible stats and the source it drops from where those are known.
Katana Components
The Katana has the deepest component pool, spanning every rarity from Common to Legendary. The stat values listed are the best possible outcome for each component.

Default components carry no buffs, while boss drops from Aka-Oni, Gion Toji and Hozoin Inshun open up the speed, posture and damage rolls that separate a basic weapon from a tuned one. Because many components roll variable stats, reaching the best possible values means repeating those fights until the numbers above line up.
