ARC Raiders' Surgeon Deck Costs Nothing — Here's Every Reward Across All Five Pages

ARC Raiders doesn't do battle passes the way most extraction shooters do. Instead, Embark Studios uses Raider Decks — multi-page reward tracks that you claim for free and then progress through by spending Cred, an in-game currency earned by completing daily challenges called Feats. The Surgeon Deck, which arrived alongside the Shrouded Sky update, is the third Raider Deck added to the game, and like its predecessors, it doesn't cost a single Raider Token or real-world cent to pick up.

Quick answer: Open the Decks tab in ARC Raiders, find "The Surgeon," and claim it for free. You'll then spend a total of 1,070 Cred across five pages to unlock every reward.

How to claim the Surgeon Deck

Navigate to the Decks tab from the main menu. The Surgeon Deck appears alongside the two earlier decks. Even though the interface displays a Raider Token price, every Raider Deck released so far has been free — the Surgeon Deck is no exception. Just hit the purchase button, and the deck is yours.

Once claimed, you still need Cred to actually unlock each item. Cred comes from completing Feats, which are short in-game tasks that rotate in sets of three on the deck page. Each completed Feat awards 10 Cred. A daily bonus system stacks on top of that: finishing one Feat in a day gives 10 bonus Cred, three Feats gives 30, and five Feats gives 40. That means a focused session of five Feats nets you roughly 130 Cred in a single day — more than enough to chew through the deck at a steady pace.

Note: Cred is currently capped at 800. Players who stockpiled thousands of Cred before the cap was introduced can still spend their surplus, but new Cred won't accrue until they drop below 800.

All 25 Surgeon Deck rewards and Cred costs

The deck is split across five pages, and you must spend a minimum amount of Cred on each page before the next one unlocks. The theme leans heavily into medical supplies and support gear, with several Surgeon outfit variants, healing items, throwables, augments, and batches of Raider Tokens scattered throughout. The final reward — a Full Beard facial hair option — sits alone on page five and costs a hefty 150 Cred by itself.

Page-by-page Cred breakdown

If you want to plan your Cred spending, the per-page totals break down like this: Page 1 costs 110 Cred, Page 2 costs 210, Page 3 costs 280, Page 4 costs 320, and Page 5 costs 150. Added together, that's the 1,070 Cred needed to clear the entire deck. At a pace of roughly 130 Cred per day, you can finish the whole thing in about eight or nine days of consistent play.

Standout rewards worth prioritizing

The cosmetics are the main draw. You get the base Surgeon Outfit in red on the very first page for just 30 Cred, plus multiple outfit variants and colour options (including a cyan recolour and a red variant colour) deeper in the deck. The Surgeon Hat Scrappy Outfit on page four at 90 Cred is one of the pricier individual items, but gives you a distinct headpiece that pairs well with the rest of the set.

On the practical side, the Tactical MK. 3 (Revival) Augment on page four is a strong pickup for players who lean into a support role during raids. Defibrillators, Vita Shots, and Sterilized Bandages round out the medical theme with usable healing items, while Seeker Grenades and Smoke Grenades add some combat utility. Five batches of 50 Raider Tokens are also woven throughout the deck, totaling 250 Raider Tokens by the time you finish.

Earning Cred efficiently

Feats are straightforward tasks — things like destroying a certain number of specific ARC enemies or picking up medical supplies during a raid. Three active Feats are visible at any time on the deck page, and completing one immediately refreshes it with a new challenge. The daily bonus structure rewards consistency over marathon sessions, so logging in and knocking out five Feats each day is the fastest path to completion.

If you have leftover Cred and nothing else to spend it on, you can also grab Raider Hatch Keys or other items from the vendor Shani to avoid wasting currency that would otherwise sit at the 800 cap.

The Surgeon Deck continues Embark Studios' pattern of keeping Raider Decks entirely free — three for three so far. Whether the medical scrubs aesthetic fits your vision of a post-apocalyptic raider is a matter of taste, but at zero real-money cost and a manageable Cred grind, there's no reason not to claim it and start working through the pages.
