Bloodlines 2 outfits — how to unlock all 24 looks
Bloodlines 2Outfits are tied to specific skills; here’s every look, the ability that unlocks it, and how cross‑clan unlocks work.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 hides 24 full looks behind your skill tree. Each outfit is linked to a specific vampire ability: unlock the skill, and the matching outfit drops into your wardrobe. You can’t mix and match pieces, the sets are identical across body types, and you don’t need to equip or use the skill to wear its outfit. Wardrobe choices can also influence how people around Seattle respond to you.
How outfit unlocks work in Bloodlines 2
- Spend ability points to unlock skills in your clan’s section of the tree. Each of those skills grants its matching outfit immediately.
- To unlock skills (and outfits) from other clans, first obtain currency from Blood Resonance activities. There are three types, color‑coded on the map and visible on civilian auras when using Vampire Sense.
- Visit the relevant clan representative at their base to unlock that ability in their tree using Blood Resonance currency. After that, you can spend your ability points on it like usual.
- Cross‑clan abilities cost more ability points by default; raising Clan Affinity lowers those costs.
- After the main story quest A Star of Cold Aspect and once you have freedom to move around Seattle, you can meet clan contacts and start opening up cross‑clan options.

Cosmetic rules and where to change outfits
- Outfits are full sets. You can’t mix individual pieces.
- Once the matching ability is unlocked, the outfit is available to wear at any time, regardless of your active powers.
- All outfits look the same across body types.
- Change clothes from the Appearance tab in the pause menu; you can also adjust hair, eyes, piercings, and facial scars or ornaments there.

If you’re chasing a specific aesthetic outside your clan, prioritize building Clan Affinity and stock up on Blood Resonance currency before visiting the contact. Open the ability, spend the points, and the look is yours.
