How to redeem codes

Step 1: Complete the brief tutorial to unlock the Shop menu and code redemption field.

Step 2: Launch the Build a Zoo experience in Roblox (see the official game page if needed) and load into your plot.

Step 3: Click the Shop button on the left side of the screen, then scroll to the bottom to find the code entry box.

Step 4: Paste or type a code exactly as shown, then press Redeem to claim the reward.

Step 5: If a code fails, recheck capitalization and spacing, then try again or relaunch the experience before retrying.
