How to redeem codes
Step 1: Open the Dress to Impress Roblox experience.
Step 2: Click the handbag icon on the left side to open the DTI Codes menu.
Step 3: Enter a code into the “Type here...” field.
Step 4: Check the code for typos, including 0 vs O and I vs l, and remove any extra spaces.
Step 5: Click the checkmark icon to redeem.

Why codes might not work
- The code has expired.
- There’s a typo or extra space; codes are case-sensitive and characters like 0/O can be mixed up.
- You already redeemed the code on your account.
- Your server/client session is stale; restart Roblox, rejoin the experience, and try again.
