Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 resets the board with a Hollywood-flavored battle pass built around eight headline skins: two film icons and six original characters that lean into stunt work, skating, surfing, and cosmic weirdness.
The pass also changes how progression works. Instead of climbing a linear set of pages, you choose which skin “set” to invest XP into once you hit level 5, then rotate to new sets as you level further. All eight outfits are available from day one; there’s no mid-season secret skin holding anything back.
How the Chapter 7 Season 1 battle pass structure works
The core structure looks like this:
- Eight main skins on the pass: The Bride, Cat Holloway, Kingston, Carter Wu, Carina, Marty McFly, Miles Cross, Dark Voyager (Reality Redacted).
- Each skin sits inside its own set with pages of associated cosmetics and extra styles.
- After level 5, you pick one set at a time to funnel XP into, unlocking that set’s rewards page by page.
- When you reach level 20, you can unlock another set and repeat the process across the pass.
- Dark Voyager’s path only becomes available late in the track (unlocked at level 85).
The battle pass costs 1,000 V-Bucks and is also bundled with Fortnite Crew. As you work through the tiers, you can earn up to 1,500 V-Bucks back.
On top of the main track, a high-level bonus section adds extra styles and “superstyles” for five of the eight skins. The Bride, Marty McFly, and Miles Cross remain limited to their standard styles, while Cat Holloway, Kingston, Carter Wu, Carina, and Dark Voyager receive bonus variants if you clear enough of the pass.
The Bride (Kill Bill)
The Bride is the starter anchor for the season. Buying the battle pass unlocks her immediately, fitting the chapter’s Hollywood theme with a direct Kill Bill crossover.
- Base skin: The Bride, in her iconic yellow-and-black jumpsuit.
- Style: Beatrix Kiddo, unlocked by claiming every reward on the second page of her section.
Her set is loaded with Kill Bill references: the Hanzo Katana appears both as a pickaxe and back bling, there’s a “Bride’s Colors” weapon wrap, vengeance-themed sprays and emojis, and a motorcycle glider called Kiddo’s Moto. Unlocking the second page finishes out her cinematic bundle before you move on to other sets.

Cat Holloway
Cat Holloway fills the “leading lady” role for the original cast, with multiple red-carpet and undercover looks that lean into the movie-premiere vibe.
- Base skin: Cat Holloway — unlocked after you claim every reward on the first page of her set.
- Style: Silver Screen Cat — unlocked after you clear the second page.
- Style: Media Blitz Cat — unlocked through Blitz Royale-specific quests that go live on Dec. 4 at 9 a.m. EST.
- Bonus style: Incognito Cat — unlocked by completing the entire battle pass.
Her cosmetics lean hard into film awards season: golden “Forte Award” pickaxes, a Silver Screen Gala Glider, popcorn back blings like Silver Screen Pops and Premiere Pops, and emotes that mimic a runway walk and camera-ready posing.

Kingston
Kingston is a relaxed lion-man who mashes up surf culture with film directing.
- Base skin: Kingston — unlocked after you finish the first page of his set.
- Style: Director's Pride Kingston — unlocked after the second page.
- Bonus style: Slap Surfer Kingston — unlocked after you complete the entire battle pass.
His set is built around beach filmmaking: a Director's Pride Paddle pickaxe, mocktail back blings, a Director's Pride Surfer glider, and Peely-branded surf gear like the Peely Surfer glider and Peely Paddle. Wraps and sprays like Beach King and Kingston’s Wave round out a laid-back, West Coast look.

Carter Wu
Carter Wu is the season’s stuntman and martial arts star, with a clear homage to classic kung fu cinema.
- Base skin: Carter Wu — unlocked after you claim every reward on his first page.
- Style: Stunt King Carter — unlocked on the second page.
- Style: The Black Dragon — earned through Fortnite Reload-specific quests that unlock on Dec. 4 at 9 a.m. EST.
- Bonus style: Dare Devil Carter — unlocked by finishing every reward in the battle pass.
His cosmetic bundle includes nunchuck-inspired Stunt Chucks and Faceoff Stunt Chucks, a Stuntcopter glider and its more aggressive Faceoff version, plus Dragon Insignia sprays, the Mini Mu Ren back bling, and Dragon’s Flame wraps. The overall theme is “movie set martial arts legend” rather than a licensed crossover, which keeps him firmly in Fortnite’s own universe.

Carina
Carina is a blue-haired skater with a very visible wrist cast, pitched as someone still figuring out filming and stunts the hard way.
- Base skin: Carina — unlocked once you clear the first page of her set.
- Style: Mystery Hunter Carina — unlocked by finishing the second page.
- Bonus style: Punky Parkour Carina — unlocked after you complete the entire battle pass.
Her set leans into DIY filmmaking and street skating: the Slamcorder and Myster Slamcorder pickaxes, the Purrveillance Drone and Mystery Purrveillance Drone gliders, and board-based back blings like Heartbreak Board and Mysterious Heartbreak Board. There’s also a Carina’s Vibe weapon wrap and cat-themed sprays and emojis that tie her to a recurring “skate cat” motif.

Marty McFly (Back to the Future)
Marty McFly represents the second big film crossover of the season and pushes the pass deeper into time-travel nostalgia.
- Base skin: Marty McFly — unlocked after you clear the first page of his set.
- Style: Future Marty — unlocked by finishing his second page.
His cosmetics focus on the 1980s time-travel aesthetic: Nike Air Mag “Kicks,” the Flux Fall contrail, a guitar based on Marty’s Gibson ES-345, retro sprays like Outtatime and Looking McFly, and the Crossglider glider. A Camcorder Crusher pickaxe and Peel to the Future loading screen keep the Back to the Future theme woven into Fortnite’s own banana lore.

Miles Cross
Miles Cross is pitched as the in-universe action star — a charismatic lead built from the ground up for Fortnite rather than a licensed character.
- Base skin: Miles Cross — unlocked by finishing the first page of his set.
- Style: Superstar Miles Cross — unlocked after you clear his second page.
- Style: Peelian Hunter Miles — unlocked further along his reward line.
His kit revolves around an “Action Knife” and its extraterrestrial spin: matching pickaxes, weapon wraps, and a Crossglider that later gains an Extraterrestrial variant. Back blings like Peelian Pod and Extraterrestrial Peelian Pod tie him visually to the same banana-in-a-pod gag that appears elsewhere in the pass, while emotes like Action! Kick! sell the action-hero persona.

Dark Voyager (Reality Redacted) and Voyager variants
Dark Voyager (Reality Redacted) is the late-pass chase outfit and the clearest link back to earlier Fortnite lore. This version ties directly into the Golden Cube that ended the Chapter 6 finale and folds in new cosmic variants.
- Base skin: Dark Voyager (Reality Redacted) — unlocked after you reach level 85, select his path, and clear its first page.
- Style: Cosmic Voyager (Reality Redacted) — unlocked after you complete the second page.
- Style: Burning Voyager (Reality Redacted) — unlocked through Fortnite Battle Royale quests that open once all Dark Voyager outfits on the pass are claimed.
- Bonus style: Void Voyager (Reality Redacted) — unlocked after you complete the entire battle pass.
His set is built around Cube energy: Crackling Cube and Blue Crackling Cube back blings, a Cubic Jolt weapon wrap, the Reality Voyager glider, Voyager’s Spinblade and Burning Spinblade pickaxes, and cube-centric emotes and sprays. He sits at the very end of the track, replacing the traditional “Level 100” skin with a more flexible, set-based approach while still clearly acting as the capstone reward.

Taken together, the Chapter 7 Season 1 battle pass leans hard into film sets, stunts, and sci-fi throwbacks, but it does it without sidelining Fortnite’s own characters. The Bride and Marty McFly bring recognizable faces, while Cat Holloway, Kingston, Carter Wu, Carina, Miles Cross, and the new Dark Voyager variants keep the game’s internal universe moving forward. If you’re willing to climb deep into the bonus pages, almost every original skin on the pass picks up at least one more late-season look.
