How to farm Expired Respirator at the Testing Annex (Dam Battlegrounds)
Step 1: Queue into Dam Battlegrounds with a loadout that includes a Safe Pocket. The point is to secure an Expired Respirator immediately after you find one.
Step 2: From spawn, head to the Testing Annex in the southern part of the map and enter the building.
Step 3: Go up the main staircase, turn left, and follow the corridor through the upper level. This is the core medical-loot stretch of the building.
Step 4: Search every cabinet, drawer, container, and shelf in the Testing Annex. When an Expired Respirator drops, move it into your Safe Pocket immediately.
Step 5: Leave for extraction once the building is cleared, and repeat the run until you’ve secured 3 respirators.
