The store’s first weekly giveaway of the month pairs two indie titles that you keep permanently once claimed. Both are available until August 6, 2026 at 8 AM PT (11 AM EST, 5 PM CEST).
OTXO is a top-down shooter in the vein of Hotline Miami, built around a striking monochrome color palette that makes the violence pop. Sol Cesto is a roguelite that pushes into horror with unsettling art and creative monster designs. Alienware, Itch.io, and IndieGala extras
A handful of smaller giveaways round out the month. These often last only while keys hold out rather than to a fixed date, so act early.
Dwarven Realms (normally $9.99) is free through Alienware Arena as a Steam key. You need to be an Alienware Arena user with at least 10 ARP points, which are earned through simple daily actions and easy to accumulate. Claim it from the Dwarven Realms giveaway page while keys remain.
On Itch.io, the horror title Madness Inside ($6.99) is free through August 1. PlayStation Plus Essential: August 4 to August 31
Three games join the Essential tier on August 4 and stay claimable until August 31. They are not free in the same sense as the PC giveaways, since access requires an active membership, but once added they remain playable as long as you stay subscribed.

Big Walk is a day-one addition from House House, the studio behind Untitled Goose Game. It is a cooperative adventure built around teamwork and talking, with proximity voice chat and sessions for up to 12 players across a wide-open world, and it supports cross-play. Dying Light 2‘s Reloaded Edition bundles the game’s updates, the Bloody Ties DLC, new Survivor Missions, and the Firearms Update. Signalis is a retro-styled psychological survival horror that casts you as the technician Elster searching for her lost partner.
To claim them, open the PlayStation Plus tab on the PlayStation Store on your console or through the web store, then add each game to your library. You do not need to download them for the claim to stick, but you must add them before August 31, after which they are replaced. A game is secured when it shows in your library rather than as a store purchase.
