The Microsoft Authenticator is receiving an update with support for the Apple Watch. You can now use the Apple Watch companion app for Micorosft Authenticator to approve notifications on your Watch.

To start using the service on your Apple Watch, download/update the Microsoft Authenticator on your iPhone to version 6.0.1, then open the Authenticator Companion app on your Watch, give it permissions and you’re good to go.
