Apple has announced the all-new iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max devices. The new devices will go on pre-order from September 14th. And to let it burn your pockets, we’ve detailed every possible way for you to be able to pre-order an iPhone XS.

So that you know, the iPhone XS lives on the same design principals as the iPhone X. And we know it well how Apple had a hard time completing all iPhone X pre-orders back in October 2017 because of the limited manufacturing capacity of the iPhone X.

The chances are iPhone XS and XS Max could meet the same fate, so if you want to beat the queue and get iPhone XS/XS Max before your friends and family does, you better prepare yourself to pre-order the new iPhone as soon as it goes live.

iPhone XS Pre Order Date

Pre-orders for the iPhone XS and XS Max will begin September 14th at around 3 a.m. ET/12:01 a.m. PT. The preorders will be delivered by Sept. 21st.

The first wave of countries where Apple will be taking pre-orders for iPhone XS  and XS Max will be as follows: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, the UK, the US and US Virgin Islands.

iPhone XS Pricing

The base variant for iPhone XS (64GB) costs $999, and $1099 for the Max size variant. The prices go up to $1449 for the top variant of iPhone XS Max with 512GB storage.

Pre-order iPhone XS using the Apple Store app

The Apple Store iOS app is the fastest way to pre-order iPhone XS. It’s quick. You can wake up early in the morning, fire up the app, place your order and go back to sleep.

Be sure to force close the app before the iPhone XS pre-order listing goes live because if you don’t, the app may not show refresh its contents and you won’t see the iPhone XS listing.

You can also use your carrier’s upgrade or payment plan through the Apple Store app.

Apple Website

If Apple Store app isn’t an option, we suggest you head over to the apple.com website to pre-order the iPhone XS. It’s the next best reliable thing. You get to use your carrier upgrade or payment plans from the Apple website as well.

Retail stores

You can pre-order iPhone XS from retailers such as Best Buy and a handful of others. These stores will take your pre-order both online and offline. However, third-party retailers may not have many iPhone XS devices in stock, so it’s better to focus on pre-ordering from Apple itself than other retailers.

Carrier Websites

All of the four major carriers in the US — AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint — have the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max in stock. These carriers will be taking pre-orders the same day, and time Apple does so if you fail to get a pre-order complete from the Apple Store app or website, consider getting it through your carrier website.
