Shells Codes (July 2026)

Shells is a cozy digging game on Roblox where you comb sandy beaches for rare shells, sell them for coins, and grow your collection while your pet hermit crab gathers more offline. Codes dish out coins, pearls, and lucky rolls — the rolls being particularly useful for cycling through traits and charms that affect your dig speed, carry weight, or luck rating.

Several codes carry level gates on top of the standard redemption requirement. SUMMEROASIS needs level 15, both SORRY4THEDELAY and 0PT1MIZ3D need level 20, and the four high-tier codes — UNIVERSALRESETSOON, HEIYUNISTHEBEST, LYTING, and LOVEYOUTOO — all require level 75. All codes are case-sensitive, so copy them exactly as they appear above.

How to redeem Shells codes

Two prerequisites must be met before the code entry field becomes available. Join the A Shell Game community group on Roblox, then reach at least level 10 inside Shells. Once both are done, the steps below complete the redemption.

Launch Shells on Roblox and work through the opening tutorial if you haven’t already.

Grind to level 10. Picking up quests from NPCs on the first island is the fastest route — Jeff at the end of the pier and Sarah on the rocks near the shops both hand out large EXP rewards in exchange for specific shells you’ll find while digging.

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the Settings panel.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Settings panel until you see the code entry field.

Type or paste a working code into the field, then press Enter on your keyboard. A confirmation message will appear on screen confirming what you’ve received.

Where to find new Shells codes

There’s no fixed release schedule for codes. New ones tend to appear when the game crosses a milestone — a player count, a likes target, or a community goal — and they also land alongside major updates and hotfix patches. The Shells Discord server is the fastest way to catch them as they go live; the developer posts codes directly in the announcements and updates channels, and also shares details on upcoming content. Community events like giveaways and polls run there too.
