The YouTube app for iPhone and iPad received an update earlier today with some bug fixes and performance improvements like it regularly does. But with the new version 13.43, the app now requires iOS 10.0 and above to be installed on an iOS device.
iOS 9 is a three-year old software and most of us have already updated to newer versions of the iOS anyway. As a matter of fact, the latest iOS version 12 is already installed on more than 60% of iOS devices world over.
If for some reason though you’re still rocking the iOS 9.0 on your iPhone or iPad, maybe now is the time to take the plunge and install the update your device has been asking you to install for a long time. YouTube is an essential entertainment app, you don’t want to miss the fun.
