At the end of Story Pack 2 – FL4K and the Last Resort, the finale mission “The Rescue” hands you a decision once LT Harmony is beaten. You can kill her or let her walk away, and the game frames it like a weighty moral call. Mechanically, it isn’t one.
Quick answer: The choice has no gameplay consequence. You get the exact same loot whether you kill or spare LT Harmony, including any Legendary and Pearlescent rewards. To spare her, pick up her hand before firing. To kill her, shoot or punch her anywhere on the body or head.

How to spare or kill LT Harmony
The outcome is decided by a single input after she’s defeated. The two paths use different actions, so it’s easy to trigger the one you want.
| Choice | Action | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Spare | Pick up her hand before shooting | She stands up and teleports away |
| Kill | Shoot or punch her body or head | She dies on the spot |
This decision can only be made once. When you come back to farm her later, the spare option is gone entirely, so the moral moment is a one-time event tied to your first clear of the fight.

No loot changes either way. Both outcomes give the same reward pool, so there’s no risk of missing a Legendary or Pearlescent by picking one over the other. The only thing that shifts is the ending beat for LT Harmony herself. Spare her and she awkwardly gets up and teleports out; kill her and she’s simply gone.
There’s no way to reverse the choice after you make it. Since it doesn’t affect drops or your ability to keep farming, treat it as a roleplay call rather than an optimization one.

Reasons to spare or kill her
Because nothing hinges on it, both choices are easy to justify. Sparing her fits her arc. LT Harmony spends Story Pack 2 acting like an over-the-top super fan, and she’s oddly likeable by the end, so showing mercy to someone who already surrendered has its own logic.
There’s plenty of cause to pull the trigger too. She tries to kill FL4K’s skag, attempts to steal FL4K’s brain, pushes a tyrannical plan to unleash a robot army on the bandit population, and throws her own soldiers away as cannon fodder. If the Handsome Jack comparison crosses your mind, that’s fair.
How to farm LT Harmony after the fight
Whatever you decide, you can still fight her again for her drops. Head back to Tediore FOB Bravo Lima 4.2 and look for the Moxxi’s Encore station right next to the fast travel point. Activating it lets you rematch LT Harmony and farm her loot as many times as you want, so the finale choice never locks you out of the rewards.
