Zombie Rush Survival: Best Weapons and Every Tier Cost

A full breakdown of all six weapon tiers, their Credit prices, upgrade stats, and the two Robux guns.

A full breakdown of all six weapon tiers, their Credit prices, upgrade stats, and the two Robux guns.

Zombie Rush Survival gives you a pistol and a map full of zombies, and everything between those two things comes down to what you can afford. Credits earned from clearing waves buy weapons across six rarity tiers, and each weapon can be upgraded to push its damage per second higher. The wave survival shooter from Undead Dev. is still labeled v0.0.1 [BETA] in-game, so numbers on the shop panel matter more than any fixed ranking.

Quick answer: Every tier hands you one weapon for free the moment you unlock it, so spend Credits upgrading a weapon you aim well with instead of buying the priciest one in the panel. The free Tier 2 Sawed-off Shotgun starts at 145 DPS against the Tier 1 M1911’s 45, and the free Tier 6 Minigun beats anything sold in Tiers 1 through 3.

Where to buy, equip, and upgrade weapons

Weapons are sold at the Weapons shop in the lobby, the hub you spawn into before a run starts. Yellow glowing circles on the floor act as teleporters between lobby areas, and the shop is where you browse tiers, check stats, and commit Credits. Servers hold up to 30 players, so the lobby is usually busy between rounds.

Credits come from killing zombies and surviving waves. The weapon panel sits on the left side of the screen during a run, so you can buy and swap mid-match rather than waiting for the round to end. That matters early, because your income scales with how fast you clear a lane.

Every weapon and Credit cost, Tier 1 to Tier 6

Six tiers run from Common up to Mythic. The first weapon in each tier is owned and equipped automatically once you reach that tier, which means five of the six best-value guns in the game cost nothing.

Note: the game is still in beta and a handful of prices have not been consistent between builds. The Skorpion VZ, Desert Eagle, M590, FN FAL, VSS, AUG, AWM, Striker, and DT MDR are the ones that move the most, so read the number on the panel before you spend.

What upgrades change: DPS, reload, mag size, and damage

Every weapon has its own upgrade track, paid for with Credits. Select the weapon, and the panel shows the current value next to the value you get after the upgrade, so you can see exactly what you are buying. Upgrade costs start small and can be cheaper than buying the next weapon outright.

The M1911 is the clearest example. At Level 1 it costs 180 Credits to reach Level 2, then 130 each for Levels 3 and 4, and a single step moves it from 45 to 54 DPS, 15 to 17 damage, a 10-round to an 11-round magazine, and a 1.2s reload down to 1.13s.

StatM1911 (Level 1 → next)Sawed-off Shotgun (→ next)
DPS45 → 54145 → 163
Damage15 → 1715 → 17
Mag size10 → 112 → 2
Reload1.2s → 1.13s1.3s → 1.28s
Pellets10 → 10

The Sawed-off Shotgun shows why raw DPS is not the whole story. It fires 10 pellets for a much higher DPS figure than any Common pistol, but its magazine holds two shells and upgrades do not increase that, so it leans on close-range bursts followed by a reload.

The same upgrade button appears on higher tiers, including the free Epic MP5. Pushing one weapon up several levels usually beats owning a shelf of unupgraded guns, because only the equipped weapon is doing any work.

You can confirm a purchase or upgrade landed without guessing. A bought weapon switches its price label to Owned, the equipped one reads Equipped, and an upgraded weapon shows its new stat values as the current figures on the panel.

Stormlinker and RPG: The Robux weapons

Two weapons sit outside the Credit economy entirely. The Stormlinker is listed at R$ 350 and the RPG at R$ 159, both bought with Robux rather than earned in a run.

WeaponPrice
StormlinkerR$ 350
RPGR$ 159

Neither is a shortcut past the tier system. Paying Robux does not guarantee better performance than a well-upgraded Legendary or Mythic weapon, so treat them as options rather than upgrades.

Which weapons are worth your Credits

Price is not a ranking. A more expensive weapon in the same tier is not automatically stronger in your hands, and the thing that decides your run is whether the weapon matches how you fight. Shotguns like the Sawed-off, M590, SPAS-12, and M4 Benelli reward tight corridors where zombies funnel toward you. Automatics such as the MP5, G36C, Uzi, and Vector suit players who hold a lane and keep firing. Semi-auto picks like the M1 Garand and VSS fit anyone who aims carefully from a distance.

Because each tier’s starter weapon is free, the cheapest strong build is to unlock the next tier, equip its starter, and pour Credits into upgrades. The Mythic Minigun costs nothing once you reach Tier 6 and clears crowds faster than anything you could buy in the first three tiers.

Tip: upgrade when your current weapon stops clearing a wave fast enough to fund the rest of your setup. That is the point where slow kills start costing you Credits, not just time.

Weapon costs and stats are still moving while the game sits in beta, so the panel in front of you is the authority on what anything costs today. Unlock the free tier starters, put your Credits into one weapon at a time, and check the before-and-after numbers on the upgrade screen before every purchase.
