Two new 5-star weapons are lined up for Wuthering Waves Version 3.5, and both are built around the patch’s headline 5-star Resonators. Azure of Heaven is a Sword tuned for Yangyang: Xuanling, the Havoc main DPS arriving in Phase 1. Dew Imbiber is a Rectifier made for Suisui, the Glacio support debuting in Phase 2. Their leaked numbers and passives point to two very different roles, one focused on Heavy Attack burst and the other on energy and team buffing.
Quick answer: Azure of Heaven (588 ATK, 24.3% Crit Rate) is Yangyang: Xuanling’s Heavy Attack DPS Sword, and Dew Imbiber (413 ATK, 77.04% Energy Regen) is Suisui’s support Rectifier. Both are 5-star and subject to change before release.

Azure of Heaven (Yangyang: Xuanling’s signature Sword)
Azure of Heaven is a Havoc-leaning DPS Sword that rewards Heavy Attacks. Its base stats favor raw damage, and the passive scales directly off the Havoc Bane debuff, which fits Yangyang: Xuanling’s leaked kit and her synergy with Chisa, the only Resonator who currently applies Havoc Bane.
| Property | Value (Lv. 90, Rank 1) |
|---|---|
| Base ATK | 588 |
| Secondary stat | Crit Rate 24.3% |
| Passive | Grants 12% All-Attribute DMG Bonus. When Havoc Bane is applied, Heavy Attack DMG is amplified by 36% and Heavy Attack DMG ignores 12% of the enemy’s DEF for 8 seconds. |
The passive only reaches its full value while Havoc Bane is active on the target. That makes the weapon strongest on a Resonator who can either apply Havoc Bane or play alongside one who does. With the Heavy Attack amplification and the DEF ignore stacking on top of the flat damage bonus, Azure of Heaven reads as a focused main DPS option rather than a flexible all-rounder.

Dew Imbiber (Suisui’s signature Rectifier)
Dew Imbiber is a support Rectifier with one of the highest Energy Regen substats in the game. Instead of pushing personal damage, it restores energy, raises Max HP, and hands the team an ATK buff, lining up with Suisui’s leaked role as a Glacio sub-DPS and support hybrid.
| Property | Value (Lv. 90, Rank 1) |
|---|---|
| Base ATK | 413 |
| Secondary stat | Energy Regen 77.04% |
| Passive (part 1) | Increases the wielder’s Max HP by 12%. |
| Passive (part 2) | Casting Resonance Liberation restores 8 Concerto Energy, triggering once every 20 seconds. |
| Passive (part 3) | Casting Intro Skill or Resonance Skill grants nearby party members Kingfisher for 30 seconds. |
The rest of the passive ties the team buff to the wielder’s position. While the wielder is on the field, party members with Kingfisher gain 20% ATK. Off the field, the wielder builds Tinted Snow for 6 seconds each time they inflict Glacio Chafe and Ripples for 6 seconds each time they heal. Holding both Tinted Snow and Ripples at once strengthens the Kingfisher effect.
If the wielder both heals and applies Glacio Chafe while on the field, casting an Outro Skill grants both Tinted Snow and Ripples for 6 seconds and resets those effects. Effects of the same name do not stack. In short, the weapon functions as a battery and team buffer, comparable to Shorekeeper’s signature, and pairs naturally with Glacio compositions.
How the two weapons compare
| Weapon | Type | Role | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Azure of Heaven | Sword | Main DPS, Heavy Attack focus | Yangyang: Xuanling (Phase 1) |
| Dew Imbiber | Rectifier | Support, energy and ATK buff | Suisui (Phase 2) |
Azure of Heaven leans entirely on Heavy Attacks and the Havoc Bane debuff, so its value depends on running it in a Havoc team that keeps that debuff up. Dew Imbiber is the opposite kind of pull, offering energy generation and a party-wide ATK boost that benefits Glacio lineups regardless of who holds the on-field slot.
Both weapons are still in beta, so the stats, passive wording, and the names themselves can shift before the live build. Treat the numbers above as a planning baseline for your pulls, and expect Kuro Games to confirm the final versions closer to launch.
