Rather than firing off several short windows across the day, Epic runs it as a single 24-hour stretch that carries through to 9:00 AM ET the following Tuesday. That length is doing the same job multiple daily windows would do for other events — it guarantees players in every region hit at least part of it during their own evening or after-work hours, even if the official start time lands in the middle of their night.
Practically, that means there’s no need to be online right at the Monday reset. As long as you play sometime before Tuesday morning ET, you’re inside the window.
What you get from Mastery Mondays
According to Epic’s event listing, Mastery Mondays shifts the odds and rewards around Sprites for the day. Legendary and Mythic Sprites show up more often, and leveling them up happens faster than on a normal day. Extracting Sprites you’ve already collected pays out double the usual Sprite Dust, which is the resource used to summon those Sprites again or boost their loot and abilities. Daily Quests also hand out extra Portable Extractors, the item that lets you pull your equipped Sprite out of danger from anywhere on the map, so you can farm dust without needing to track one down physically.
