Magic Loot Events Schedule: Spirit of Nature Countdown and What’s Next

Magic Loot’s Spirit of Nature Event is live now, a snowy-weather update that opened Friday, September 4 at 10:00 AM ET and runs through Friday, September 11 at 9:55 AM ET. The map is freezing over: the developer has players searching the ice for hidden treasures and melting through it with Fire Magic to claim rewards, with another Admin Abuse surprise teased alongside it. With about 76,000 players already marked as interested, it is pulling a far bigger crowd than the content events that ran through August.
The experience is one of Roblox’s busier wizard-themed games, with about about 2,600 players in it right now. Over its lifetime Magic Loot has pulled in about 34,000,000 visits and sits at about 70,000 favorites.
This is our running guide to Magic Loot’s event calendar, covering what’s live, what’s coming next, and how the game’s weekly updates have played out. We keep it current as the schedule changes. Last updated September 18.

Current and upcoming events
Spirit of Nature Event: live now
The Spirit of Nature Event is the current headliner and, by interest, the biggest content update Magic Loot has run in weeks. It leans into a snowy-weather theme — the ground freezes over, and the developer has players hunting the ice for hidden treasures and using Fire Magic to melt through for rewards. It opened Friday, September 4 at 10:00 AM ET and runs a full week, closing Friday, September 11 at 9:55 AM ET, which leaves only a few days on the clock. Interest sits at about 76,000 players marked as going — several times the turnout of the Dragon and Star Gazing updates that came before it. The developer has also teased another Admin Abuse surprise as part of the update, though it hasn’t spelled out the details.
Unstable Alchemy: up next
The event that had been sitting unnamed on the calendar has been revealed as the Unstable Alchemy Event, framed as a new week of magical experiments. The idea is a volatile brew: keep adding ingredients to push the rewards higher, then decide whether to cash out with your potion or risk it all on one more and watch it blow. It opens Friday, September 11 at 8:30 AM ET — the same morning Spirit of Nature closes — and runs through Friday, September 18 at 8:25 AM ET. Ahead of launch it has already drawn about 59,000 interested players, roughly in line with the strong turnout these Friday updates have been pulling.
The weekly rhythm and Admin Abuse drops
Magic Loot has settled into a steady weekly cadence, with a new content event opening every Friday. The last several have run back to back — the Huge Dragon Event (August 21 to 28), the Star Gazing Event (August 28 to September 4), and now Spirit of Nature (September 4 to 11) — each lasting about seven days until the next one takes over. Start times have drifted earlier over that stretch, from 10:30 AM ET on the August updates to 10:00 AM ET for the current one, with the next update set to open earlier still at 8:30 AM ET.
The developer also periodically runs a separate Admin Abuse item drop, a short window that has historically dwarfed the content events by sheer interest. The most recent one, on Friday, August 28, pulled over 200,000 players marked as going for a roughly half-hour drop — many times the turnout of any week-long update. This time a standalone Admin Abuse drop is back on the calendar: a roughly half-hour window on Friday, September 11 from 8:00 to 8:30 AM ET, slotted in just before the Unstable Alchemy update opens. It has already drawn about 49,000 players marked as going, and these drops tend to fill up sharply as the window nears, so even that is no guide to the crowd the drop will ultimately pull.
Recently ended events
The Star Gazing Event (August 28 to September 4) was the previous week’s update, built around a new Star Gazing Outfit and the Glory Wand — a weapon players forge and upgrade to change their basic attack and charge up an ultimate — alongside a Meteor Fall challenge against creatures falling from the sky. It drew over 8,000 interested players.
Before that, the Huge Dragon Event (August 21 to 28) centered on a dragon boss fight for what the developer billed as epic rewards and introduced a new pet system. It pulled in more than 11,000 interested players over its week-long run.
