What’s next: the Maximum Security prison update
With the bank revamp behind it, Maximum Security is the next event on Brookhaven’s schedule. It’s set to open Friday, August 21, 2026 at 2 PM ET and run through Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 2 PM ET. The update centers on a new prison landmark and gamepass: you can run your own maximum-security facility as the warden and bring other players in as inmates and guards, with a fresh batch of tools, props, and outfits opening up for everyone alongside it. Already about 200,000 players have marked interest ahead of launch, and its Friday-afternoon start keeps the studio’s weekly release cadence going.
Just wrapped: the bank revamp
The bank revamp ran Friday, August 14, 2026 through Thursday, August 20, 2026, opening and closing at 2 PM ET, and rebuilt Brookhaven’s bank around a new vault and manager’s office. It added refreshed keycards and credit cards; new cash, gold, and diamond bags; giant ruby and diamond tools; a bank-manager roleplay outfit; and a redesigned armored bank truck. It drew more than 400,000 interested players before closing the afternoon of August 20, a day before Maximum Security opened.
Before that: futuristic homes
The week before, futuristic homes ran Friday, August 7, 2026 at 2 PM ET through the morning of Thursday, August 13, closing around 10:40 AM ET. It brought a neon-themed house and estate with five new furniture props, a VIP rocket car with speed-reactive effects and a galaxy texture, and an empty-plot home for players who would rather build from scratch. It was the biggest draw of the three by interest, pulling in more than half a million players.
