+1 Muscle Evolution Rebirth: Requirements, Perks, and How to Reset

What each Rebirth resets, what it grants, and the exact levels needed through Rebirth 6.

What each Rebirth resets, what it grants, and the exact levels needed through Rebirth 6.

Rebirth is the core progression loop in +1 Muscle Evolution. Each Rebirth lifts your Level Cap and boosts your Damage Multiplier, so you keep gaining strength as enemies get tougher. The trade-off is a soft reset. You give up your current Level progress and Wins in exchange for a permanent power increase.

Quick answer: Open the game, tap the Rebirth button on the left side of the screen, reach the required Level, then press the green “Rebirth” button. This wipes your Damage, Level, Wins, and Evolutions, and raises your Level Cap and Damage Multiplier.

What Rebirth resets and what it grants

A standard Rebirth acts as a reset. It clears four things at once, then hands back a stronger baseline. Because Level directly drives Damage, skipping Rebirths stops your growth. Once you hit the current cap, you cannot earn more Levels, which stalls both PvE progress and PvP fights like King of the Hill.

Rebirth requirements and perks (Rebirth 1 to 6)

There are more than 20 Rebirth stages in total. Each one asks you to hit a set Level before you can reset, and each pushes both your Damage and your Max Level higher. The first six break down as follows.

How to perform a Rebirth

Launch +1 Muscle Evolution and gain Damage by tapping the screen until you reach the Level your next Rebirth requires.
Press the Rebirth button on the left side of the screen to open the menu.
Hit the green “Rebirth” button. Your Damage, Level, Wins, and Evolutions reset, and your Level Cap and Damage Multiplier increase. The raised cap on your stats confirms the Rebirth went through.

Note: A separate “Skip Rebirth” button lets you rebirth while keeping all your stats, but it always costs Robux. It works as a premium shortcut, not a replacement for the normal reset.

Zones and punchbags tied to Rebirth

Rebirths do more than raise numbers. They gate content. Punchbags increase the Damage you earn per click, while zones open up new places to travel. A couple of milestones are worth planning around.

  • The Backrooms world opens after Rebirth 2.
  • The gate to King of the Hill opens after Rebirth 3.

Fastest way to reach Rebirth requirements

Every Rebirth comes down to collecting Damage, and Damage comes from tapping the screen. Automating that tap is the single biggest time saver. You can buy the OP Auto Clicker, or earn the Free Auto Clicker by spending 15 minutes in the game.

Once an Auto Clicker is running, clear stages to bank Wins, then spend those Wins on Evolutions. Higher Evolutions raise the Damage you gain with every click, which shortens the climb to each Level requirement.

Treat Rebirth as something to do the moment you qualify. Each reset stings because you start over on Damage and Wins, but the higher multiplier makes the next run faster than the last, and it keeps the door open to new zones, punchbags, and the King of the Hill mode.
