Gaming Castlevania: Belmont's Curse map

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse Map

The Castlevania: Belmont's Curse map is split into 9 interactive maps, one per area, because each area of the game is its own map.

The Castlevania: Belmont's Curse map is split into 9 interactive maps, one per area, because each area of the game is its own map. In the order you reach them, they are Paris Streets, Holy Innocents' Cemetery, Catacombs of Paris, Notre-Dame, Main Hall, Library, Clock Tower, Hall of Mirrors and Master's Quarters. Paris Streets, Holy Innocents' Cemetery and Catacombs of Paris make up the City of Paris, and the remaining areas belong to Dracula's Castle. Across the maps there are 821 spots of 35 kinds to look for.

Mirrors of Life are the game's save points, and saving at one refills your healing vials. The maps show 34 of them, so before a boss or a long push into a new area you can look up the nearest Mirror of Life and top up. Each area also has a Ferryman's Wharf, 9 in total, where the Ferryman's boat carries you between areas.

The bosses you can look up are Arthur, Brauner, Carmilla, Death, Doppelganger, Dracula, Isaac, Joan, Leon, Mammon, Medusa, Saint Louis, Succubus and Talos. Chests hold 41 relics and 24 weapons, and there are 8 Keepsakes to pick up. Heart Fragments come in 2 types: 24 Brave fragments raise health and 24 Wise fragments raise mana. Collect 4 fragments for one upgrade of 20, up to 220 health and 220 mana. ATK books and DEF books number 14 each, and each one adds +1 to its stat. For extra pickups, look for the 59 breakable walls and the 257 Secret Areas.

To get around the Castlevania: Belmont's Curse map, switch between areas from the map on the page, and turn any layer on or off to show only the kinds of spot you want. You can search for a Mirror of Life, a boss or a relic by name to jump straight to it. The address keeps your current view, so you can share it and someone else opens the map at the same place.
