Apple has introduced a new StandBy mode in iOS 17 that converts your iPhone into a digital display that can show information from a distance. You can configure it to display the clock, photos, or widgets to get quick information.
But without the right set of Widgets, you'll just be wasting the opportunity. The same widgets that you use for your Home Screen won't work with StandBy unless they have been optimized for it.
