Wonderland release time by region
The launch is tied to a single moment worldwide, so the clock time depends on where you are. Here is when the game unlocks in several major time zones.

| PST | USA, Canada | 10 PM (August 7, 2026) |
| EST | USA, Canada | 1 AM |

To confirm the exact moment in your own time zone, open the Wonderland release event page on Roblox. If the developers push the time back for any reason, that event page is the first place the change will show.
Platforms and developers
Wonderland launches on every major platform at once, so there is no staggered rollout to wait through. You can jump in on mobile, PC, or console from the same start time.
The game is built by MUCDICH (Muc) and ivasmigins (Ivas), two of the core developers behind The Mimic. If you followed that project, you will recognize the studio, but Wonderland is a separate world with its own systems.
What Wonderland is and how it plays
Wonderland is an atmospheric escape horror game set in a bright but sinister theme park. You and up to four other players (five in total) work through the park while toy-like creatures hunt you. The main goal is simple. Survive and escape.
Every run is randomized. The game shuffles events, monsters, and other elements each session, so no two playthroughs are the same. That randomization is the biggest structural difference from earlier linear horror titles.

You start in a lobby that splits into sections for different player counts. Head to the section that matches your group, then sit on the roller coaster to begin the run.
Confirmed features
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Weapons | Buy a Hammer or a Minigun with tickets to fight monsters |
| Tools | Shop items such as a full Map and a Stopwatch for timed events |
| Puzzles | Sequential puzzles, lever arrays, and mazes gate new areas |
| Obbies | Platforming sections used to reach areas and escape monsters |
| Stamina system | Sprinting drains stamina; walking lets it recover |
| Co-op | Play solo or in a team of up to 5 players |

Weapons and tools come from a shop that trades tickets for gear. You spend those tickets on the Hammer or Minigun for tougher creatures, and on support items like the Map and Stopwatch. Puzzles feed directly into progress, since solving them unlocks areas, earns currency, and can be the only way to escape certain monsters.
The stamina system is not complex, but it matters. Sprint too long and you run out of stamina, which can leave you exposed during a chase. Pace your sprints and let it refill by walking.
What the trailers show
The first official trailer premiered in June 2024 and gave the earliest look at the park, its attractions, some puzzles, and a few of the monsters. It also introduced Mr. Sun, widely expected to be the main villain.
The final trailer arrived on August 7, 2026 and confirmed the launch. It opens with a cutscene of Mr. Sun and a partner speaking to the player, then moves through more of Wonderland, including the Wonder Shop and several NPCs. It also shows extra puzzles, a device tracking a timer and three lives, and the player using a Minigun against larger enemies.
How Wonderland differs from The Mimic
Shared developers do not mean a shared structure. Two changes make Wonderland play differently from The Mimic.
- No books or chapters: Wonderland does not follow a book-and-chapter format. It has its own lore and a non-linear storyline rather than the folklore-driven structure of The Mimic.
- Randomized runs: Events, monsters, and other elements are generated fresh each session, so every playthrough is unique.

There is no paid early access
Wonderland does not offer paid early access of any kind. If you see a game using the Wonderland name and selling early entry, avoid it and do not buy anything it offers. Follow only official channels, including the ScaryPlay Discord, to stay clear of copycats and scams.
Once the clock hits 7 AM CET on August 8, the official game will be playable straight from Roblox on your platform of choice. Check the release event page if the timer moves, and treat any earlier “access” as fake.
